I, Lisa Ostella am over the age of 18 and am a party to the within action. I
have personal knowledge of the facts herein, and if called to do, I could and would
competently testify. I am making this Declaration under the penalty of perjury of
the Laws of the United States pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746.

1. On January 8, 2009, I received an email from Neil Sankey (Sankey)
introducing himself to me, see EXHIBIT 1. In this email, he indicates he is the
Private Investigator of The Sankey Firm that works with Orly Taitz but he stated
he needed to remain anonymous. I went to the website provided by Sankey,
www.thesankeyfirm.com to verify that he was in fact a private investigator. The
Sankey Firms website at this time showed Neil Sankey as a Private Investigator
for this company.
2. One of the projects I was assisting Defendant Orly Taitz (Taitz)
with between January and February 2009 was assembling the Dossier #1, an open
letter to Attorney General Eric Holder. Taitz forwarded to me the list of Social
Security Numbers (SSN or SSNs) and addresses that were allegedly used by
President Obama that she received from Neil Sankey (Sankey) in 2008.

list was to be included in the Dossier being sent to Attorney General Eric Holder.
Separately, and as requested by Taitz, Sankey sent me a cover letter that was to be
the first page of that section pertaining to the SSNs and addresses, see EXHIBIT
2. This Dossier #1 in part is still published and available online on Taitzs
website at http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=729.

Sankeys list was filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia in the case
Taitz v. Obama, Case No. 1:10-cv-00151 RCL and appears as Docket No. 1, pages
46-90.

3. On March 15, 2009, Sankey sent me an email stating that someone
named Sarah Reditt

had just split from the 'Berg Camp' [sic] (Law Offices of
Philip J. Berg) and had some information for him. Sankeys signature in this email
still shows him as being from The Sankey Firm, see EXHIBIT 3. Sankey
previously belonged to an online web forum called Democratic-Disaster and knew
Sarah from that web forum.
4. In this email Sankey sent me was some internet rap sheet that
supposedly belonged to the paralegal, Lisa Liberi, at the Law Offices of Philip J.
Berg, my attorney in this within action.
5. My previous interactions (emails and phone calls from her) with Sarah
Reditt were not good and I couldn't lend her any credibility. I forwarded the email
and attachment to Taitz. Taitz told me she had been having trouble with a number
of attorneys reporting her to the California Bar. Taitz, through me as her assistant,
had a list of people she wanted Sankey to run background reports on so she could
learn why these people were reporting her to the Bar. Since this case was filed,
Sankey went on Plains Radio claiming I was the one who contracted him to run the
background reports and Taitz posted on her website at
http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=1843 altered or forged versions of this email

wingandaprayer@comcast.net was used on an email Liberi submitted to this case
as being from Linda Starr aka Linda Belcher, a defendant in this case.

exchange to make it appear that I contracted Sankey to do these backgrounds, see
EXHIBIT 4 and attached as EXHIBIT 5, are the side by side comparisons of
my actual emails and the altered/forged emails. I never received any reports from
Sankey, the reports were sent to Taitz, as admitted by her in these Court
proceedings.
6. On March 16, 2009, Neil Sankey sent me an article in email about
Lisa Liberi being sentenced for Identity Theft and Real Estate Fraud. EXHIBIT
6. I forwarded this to Taitz. At that time, we wondered if it had anything to do
with a large list of properties Sankey had pulled from his database accounts that
showed President Obama using in association with all his social security numbers.
Since we didn't know if there was any merit to these thoughts, I said this article
should not go up on my site, defendourfreedoms.us. That is my site that I was
letting Taitz use at the time. I was trying to keep that site as professional as
possible. Without confirmation, that article was off topic gossip. I did offer to
post that article on unrelated blogs that I ran that just carried random postings and
didnt represent a business or entity. Taitz told me to post it on those other blogs I
had. So I asked Sankey for the URL and website where he found that article. He
did not have it. I told him I wouldn't post that article without the URL and website
he got it from. He never sent it to me; therefore I never posted it.

7. We learned since that time, after we filed this within action, that
Sankey never sent me the URL and website to that article about Lisa Liberi being
sentenced for Identity Theft and Real Estate Fraud because the article he sent me
was altered from the original one that was published. See the August 4, 2009
Supplemental Affidavit of K. Strebel, without Exhibits due to its size, attached as
EXHIBIT 7 at pages three through five. This affidavit was filed with Judge
Robreno during our August 2009 TRO hearing.
8. During this entire time, Taitz and I were having more and more
arguments about what should be posted on the defendourfreedoms.us blog. She
wanted to publish everything without checking the sources for merit or credibility.
Taitz started giving me more busy work and brought in different moderators to get
around my interfering with what she wanted up there. I finally put my foot down
after she posted, mailed and distributed Dossier #5 before I saw it. Dossier #5 was
an open letter sent to Eric Holder April 2, 2009 demanding investigations and
reporting various cyber crimes and hacking. All of the claims that involved my
website that she made were not true and would have had to have me corroborating
them as her webmaster. I would not do that so I told her she had to find a new
webhost.
9. In or about April 9, 2009, Taitz found a new webhost. I worked with
that new webhost for a few days trying to get the site ready for transferring. I

never completed the transfer though. Taitz had started doing interviews, emails,
phone calls, web posts and had others do the same stating various rumors about me
that I had hacked Taitz site and was stealing monies from her foundation. The
rumors got extreme and were being socially engineered to appear as facts.
Neighbors of mine were being contacted, customers from my other websites,
people from organizations I belonged to, police reports were being made and
reports to the FBI and various state agencies. I stopped the transfer of the site
contents and domain to preserve the site in its original form and post my side of the
story. I didn't know what else to do. I did not know at this time how Taitz and her
people were getting all of this information on me, my neighbors and people I knew
from organizations. Taitz continues these posts still to this day. Everything from
my maiden name to my husband's full name made her site.
10. About April 17, 2009, Taitz posted on her website that she made a
report to the Orange County Sheriff's department regarding the hacking of her site
and PayPal account.
11. I started contacting the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) where
false allegations about me and my identifying information were being posted.
Every ISP I contacted would not take the information down unless I had a court
order. I had to file suit to get a court order.

12. We filed suit in Pennsylvania on May 4, 2009. On May 28, 2009, A
few days after the defendants were served; Sankey went onto Plains Radio
Network for an interview about this suit. We recorded the show live and I
transcribed the show. Transcript of Sankeys Interview is attached as EXHIBIT
8. Sankey made many concerning statements on this show. He stated: I was the
one that had him conduct his investigations on Lisa Liberi and Philip Berg, Sankey
spoke of loans that were applied for, driver's licenses he was in possession of,
sealed records he obtained on us and verified to the audience of listeners that he
was methodic in verifying all the information he had.
13. We had no idea how Sankey was obtaining the private and sealed
information about us that he was now making public and adding his own spins and
stories to. He also made a concerning statement in this interview about needing a
bunch of money to make this thing [sic] go away.
14. On January 29, 2010, we finally received via subpoena, the Orange
County Sheriff's Department report that Taitz made April 17, 2009. In that report,
attached as EXHIBIT 9, Taitz admits she had Sankey run background checks on
me and Lisa Liberi. In this report, she also states that Lisa Liberi and I were the
same person. Taitz states in that report Lisa Liberi was an alias I used.
15. On or about March 25, 2010, Taitz posted on her site her court filing
in Washington, DC for a Quo Warranto. In Taitzs post were statements that

Sankey used LexisNexis, Choicepoint, Intelius as well as several other databases to
obtain social security numbers, see EXHIBIT 10. Taitz in her amended Quo
Warranto filing stated Sankeys account with LexisNexis had been cancelled. See
Taitz Amended Quo Warranto filing in the U.S. District Court, District of
Columbia, Taitz v. Obama, Case No. 1:10-cv-00151 RCL appearing as Docket No.
16 filed March 22, 2010, at pages 21, 22, and 128. True and correct copies of
these pages are attached hereto as EXHIBIT 11.
16. Now we knew where Taitz was getting private and sealed information
from. Sankey was running and obtaining background reports on us from several
data broker companies, including Reed Elsevier, LexisNexis, ChoicePoint, and
Intelius.
17. Since the filing of Taitz's Quo Warranto, there have been articles and
interviews by Sankey admitting he uses LexisNexis, Choicepoint as well as
Intelius as his tools to do background reports and obtain information on people.

Anyway, we decided we had a lot of talents we could use out there amongst all these

small side panel asking for people who know about some specific areas. For instance,
right now we desperately need a trusted Volunteer who has contact inside, or was an

but i got more questions and here is more info.

I was asked by a number of people to explain why the name of Lisa Ostella is on the dossier #4.
When I was in Washington DC, I did not have an access to the Internet, as I was visiting the Director of the
Selective Service William Chatfield and offices of several senators and was on the phone with the assistant
and legal counsel for Admiral Malin. A lot of people asked me for an update and I called Lisa Ostella, the web
master ,and asked her to post it on the Internet. As you can see, the fact that she signed
DefendOurfFeedomsFoundations, and she put her name as an assistant to me, clearly shows that she knew it
is my foundation, under my name and she could sign as an assistant only as long as she was helping me. The
moment I transferred to another webmaster, she had and has no right to advertise on behalf of the
DefendOurFreedoms foundation, solicit donations and pocket the money.
You can also see (in the attachment) that she was the one that contacted the private investigator Mr. Sankey,
and provided him the information that Lisa Liberi , assistant to Phil Berg, has a criminal record. Based on
her report Mr. Sankey has investigated and confirmed this information, that indeed Lisa Liberi has this
lengthy record of forgery of documents and forgery of an official seal and grand theft. Lisa Ostella changed
her tune only after this whole issue with pay-pal came out. At first she and the rest of the plaintiffs came out
with an outrageous lie that my husband was spying on people. Now they dismissed their law suit against my
husband- and everybody knows that it was a manufactured charge.

As you can see, she was well aware about Liberis criminal record, as was Berg and Liberi herself. Their legal
action is nothing but perjury and an attempted obstruction of justice. I have written in the pleadings that the
only address that Liberi provided, was Bergs office address and the reason is that she indeed resides in
NM and is the Lisa Liberi with the criminal record. I received an e-mail recently that in the last couple of
days Lisa Liberi has gotten a PA drivers license. If she got one in the last couple of days, that doesnt change
the fact that she resided in NM and that all of them committed perjury. If anything, getting a PA drivers
license now is yet another attempt to obstruct justice.
As I have said before, I dont get intimidated by either Obama or by Berg. One cannot file a fraudulent and
malicious legal action against me and expect to shut me up and make me stop reporting on illegal and criminal
activity. All that these people are doing, is adding counts of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice. The
only thing Berg can do, is come clean, disassociate himself from Lisa Liberi, who has a record of forgery and
he needs to hire a forensic document examiner to check all the records handled by Lisa Liberi. We cannot
win in court with forged records. This information was already on the blogs before I got it and it will be on the
blogs, his continuing denial of clear evidence has no merit and undermines everybody in the resistance
movement, everybody who wants to get to the truth. The only way to win, is by clean evidence, unsealing the
vital records and letting the Supreme Court decide the issue of the Natural Born Citizen.

I am totally confused! I have been a way for a while, so I dont know what I have missed. Are you
saying Lisa who works for Phil Berg has forged documents that he has used? OMG This whole thing is

I dont know if she forged the documents that he presented, but she has an extensive police record of
forgery of documents and she was convicted here in CA last year

There is ample evidence that plaintiffs have each made false sworn affidavits to one or more courts.
The truth is an absolute affirmative defense to false allegations of defamation.
Just yesterday I posted a comparison of statements in two cited cases on my blog , one where this PA
attorney was sued for malpractice and in another where he claimed he did not have any grievance
against him. Funny how he left out the malpractice suit for negligence because he defaulted on filing a
timely answer in a related case.
Yet somehow, I am supposed to be the one damaging their so-called great professional reputations!
As a result of their false assumptions, we are sued for defamation for allegedly speaking the truth! This
claim of their reputations being damaged by defamation is the grossest lie of them all! By their own
actions they destroyed their reputations all on their own. There isnt any place where I publicly posted
any confidential information.
I trusted these people and was not only deceived, but have been grossly defamed and betrayed. These
people dont know what the words friend, loyalty, or honor means; much less understand the concepts
of truth and/or attorney client privilege. And Im not even talking about myself here. This lawyer is
going to find out the hard way, in court, that his assistant has a big mouth!
And for the record and everyones edification, five minutes after the deadline passed for respondents
to have their answer in, this lawyer runs whining to the court and attempts to get defaults on defendants
due to a delay in mail delivery, when he had been served with copies. The answers were filed timely,
but that didnt stop this slick Philadelphia lawyer. The truth is Im appalled that I was ever publicly
associated with these people and I never intend to use their names again, if at all possible.
I especially love his inconsistent statements to one court that we have harassed and embarrassed his
staff, by leaving peoples names on his letterhead who havent been with him for at least a couple of
years, though he clearly has posted his new business address! Then in another suit he pleads/whines to
the court asking for an extension of time (when he defaulted through negligence) due to the deaths of

his brother in December, then an aunt and uncle, and even his mothers hospitalization because HE IS
A ONE PERSON FIRM WITHOUT ANY STAFF! Can anyone see a problem here?
This lawyer should have NEVER filed this suit. And if I were one of his plaintiffs who happens to be
an elderly woman, Id be withdrawing my part of this suit, post haste, before she is exposed for making
false sworn statements in at least two courts!!! I hope this elderly woman is paying attention because if
she thinks it was bad before when certain parties exposed the TRUTH about her actions, that is nothing
compared to how bad it will be when it is proven in court she did in fact do as defendants allege! This
elderly woman is going to be humiliated by documents I produce in court proving her actions by the
very words of her co-plaintiff!
[FYI, I have a message specifically for this elderly woman whom I once considered an ally. I have
documentation that will prove WE HAVE TOLD THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH, we just happened to
phrase it differently. I am being forced by you to expose you with the truth to the entire world! I was
far more kind to you in MY assessment of the situation, out of respect for your good intentions to help
the cause. Then you lie to people and claim you are not suing me! Have you even bothered to read the
pleadings? The pleadings clearly state all the plaintiff's are suing every defendent! YOU are going to be
held responsible for every slanderous, defamatory statement you have made against me and others.
These suits will NEVER prevail with this criminal working for this attorney! And that is EXACTLY
what she is, convicted of 10 felonies that include forgery and offering a falsified official government
seal as well as many other crimes! This criminal falsified police reports alleging identity theft to
manipulate credit reports in order to get loans for large sums of money. This person lives extremely well
for someone on disability and paying the restitution they have to pay. And the missing money has never
been located or recovered.]
These plaintiffs are going to wish they had NEVER filed this frivilious, fraudulent, and deliberately
harassing lawsuit.

I cannot tell you how disappointing I find this whole matter. It seems to me that the other side will use
this to further marginalize our efforts to obtain the truth.
We in fact have provided the smoke for them to cloud the issue further. Whether or not either side is
right or wrong. It makes not one bit of difference to those of us who have been waiting and hoping for
the best in this historic set of cases.
This should have then and should be now kept behind closed doors and worked out by mediation or
third parties. A joint statement of (no fault) would truly help the overall cause (sadly not the
individuals).
Just keep in mind the needs of the many finding the truth about Mr. Obama surely outweigh the needs
and egos of the few who are on the front line.
At some point one of the sides in this internal fight need to set aside their feelings and do whats best
for the Country and the cases.
Remember in World War II Russia was our ally against the Germans, Japanese, and Italians. It wasnt
until after we won the war that we placed our sites clearly on our (other) enemy.

I agree that this matter is a waste of time, however keep in mind that though donations were stolen
from me and I was slandered and defamed, I kept myself from filing any law suits, as I thought it hurts
the cause. Berg is the one who filed this malicious and slanderous law suit, he keeps slandering me in
his daily press releases, while I work hard travelling around the country, meeting with the elected
officials and law enforcement, exposing Obama. Berg has done none of that, both of his cases were
dismissed, no hearings on his appeals were ever scheduled. At this point all he does, is defaming me and
asking for money, so he can file more law suits to slander me.

SUPPLEMENTAL AFFIDAVIT OF K. STREBEL

I, K. Strebel am over the age of eighteen (18) and not a party to the within action. I have
personal knowledge of the facts herein and if called to do so, I could and would competently
testify under oath.
I declare as follows:
1. As stated previously in my prior affidavits I have been aware of the Illegal
activities of Linda Sue Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr; Edgar Hale, Caren Hale, Plains Radio,
KPRN AM 1610 and Bar H Farms; Orly Taitz; Defend our Freedoms Foundations, Inc; Neil

Sankey and Mr. Sankeys businesses. All of their false, degrading and nasty accusations were
targeted at Lisa Liberi, Philip J. Berg and the Law offices of Philip J. Berg located in
Pennsylvania. These individuals illegal behaviors then moved on to Evelyn Adams; Lisa
Ostella; Go Excel Global; and any other party who has any affiliation with Philip J. Berg, his
law practice and/or his paralegal, Lisa Liberi.
2. Your Honor I am making this Supplemental Affidavit as I am aware of additional
and more recent events which I feel important to bring to your Honors attention.
3. On January 23, 2009 Plains Radio had posted on their website at
http://pub29.bravenet.com/forum/static/show.php?usernum=2442810129&frmid=8&msgid=
966808&cmd=show a letter written by Orly Taitz regarding comments (opinions) a radio
show host made about her. Mrs. Taitz letter was posted at Plains Radio with the following
post:
Orly is kicking ass again. Publish both letters on your blogs.

I have the audio tape of the show, but I have to cut it down to the clip. I'll
forward it to you all when I am done. Pass this around. Let's make it go viral. If
Orly filed a CIVIL suit against Medved for slander, maybe the BC
documents could finally be obtained. Maybe Obama could be deposed. We
have to start thinking out of the box.

4. Ms Taitz in her letter proclaimed her knowledge of California state law when it
came to Deformation and Slander, see EXHIBIT A. Mrs. Taitzs letter was addressed
to Joe Davis, President of Radio Division and Chris Henderson, Vice President and general
Counsel for Salem Communications in Camarillo, CA 93012 and stated that she was
slandered by Michael Medved during his radio show. In this letter Mrs. Taitz stated the
following on the first page under the first paragraph.
Dear Mr. Davis and Mr. Henderson, On Monday, January 19th, during Michael
Medved's Radio Show, Mr. Medved made some very disparaging and slanderous

remarks concerning my character, mental state and my motives for pursuing legal
actions that question Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as President of the
United States. Mr. Medved also made false statements concerning the merits of
the legal actions that I have filed and insinuated that my primary motive for
pursuing these matters is to receive monetary donations from an unsuspecting and
misinformed public.

5. Mrs. Taitz goes on further in Paragraph 3, stating::
California State Law

Under California law, statements, like the ones that Mr. Medved spewed on your
radio broadcasts are considered defamatory. In a court of law, I would not need to
show special damages (e.g., damages to property, business, trade, profession or
occupation, including expenditures that resulted from your defamation
statements) because the statements are defamation per se. See Cal. Civ. Code
45a; Yow v. National Enquirer, Inc. 550 F.Supp.2d 1179, 1183 (E.D. Cal.
2008).

6. Your Honor this is truly a travesty when an Attorney wants to have the law work
for themselves and yet when the same Attorney considers themselves exempt from or above
the Laws of the land and spews her own brand of Defamation of the Character of Lisa Liberi,
Paralegal to Mr. Berg, family members of Lisa Liberi, Phillip J. Berg himself, the Law
Offices of Phillip J. Berg and those associated with his Law Offices, Obamacrimes.com and
Obamacrimes.us. Further slander of Evelyn Adams aka MommaE, Lisa Ostella and Go Excel
Global.
7. I also discovered where Neil Sankey found an article with the name Lisa Liberi,
which he altered prior to distributing it to Mrs. Taitz and Lisa Ostella. .Mr. Sankeys email is
located in Mrs. Taitz Dossier #6 which also contains Lisa Liberis full social security
number, date of birth and other personal identifying information. Mr. Sankeys email states:

New Mexico Woman Sentenced in Identity Theft and Real Estate Fraud

Lisa Liberi, aka Lisa Richardson, 42, New Mexico, was sentenced in
connection with felony charges involving identity theft and forged documents.
Liberi appeared in San Bernardino County, Rancho Cucamonga, Superior Court,
on March 21, 2008. She was sentenced to a state prison term of 8 years, imposed
but stayed, and placed on supervised probation for 3 years as part of a plea
agreement. Liberi was sentenced on ten felony counts ranging from Grand Theft,
Forgery, and Filing False Documents.

From 2000 to 2004, Liberi engaged in a complex fraud involving falsification of
police reports, manipulation of credit bureau reports, loan fraud, and
counterfeiting of court documents resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in
losses to banks and credit unions.

In 2002, San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department personnel arrested Liberi
on theft by false pretense charges. In July 2004, Investigators from the San
Bernardino County District Attorneys Real Estate Fraud Unit arrested Liberi at
the Ontario International Airport for additional felony charges while she was out
on bail.

9. Not only did Mr. Sankey fail to investigate the above allegations against A Lisa
Liberi, Mr. Sankey has also taken it upon himself to add She has an extensive criminal
record going back to the 90s.to the article to place Lisa Liberi in a false light before the
public. As this Court can see by the above article compared to Mr. Sankeys email above,
She has an extensive criminal record going back to the 90ss was never part of the
original article. There is NO excuse for the liberties taken by Mr. Sankey, a California
Licensed Private Investigator, in an effort to defame and destroy Lisa Liberi and draw
unfounded conclusions and pass them around as if reality. It is further disgusting, that Orly
Taitz, a California Licensed Attorney allowed the above to go out over the internet, after Lisa

Liberis full social security number and other private personal information was added and
continued sending her Dossier #6 with this unverified and unfounded information out to over
140,000 individuals and business, including internationally and had it posted on blogs all
over the Internet.
10. Not only does Mrs. Taitz Dossier #6 still remain on her website
http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?p=8, which is re-published on the Internet and resent out
over the Internet to websites every three (3) hours by her RSS feed, but on or about July 24,
2009, Mrs. Taitz set up a brand new website located www.orlytaitzesq.com and she re-
published this dossier #6 with Lisa Liberis full social security number under Supporting
Documentation located at http://orlytaitzesq.com/dossier-006.htm. Mrs. Taitz has
completed and sent out approximately eight (8) dossiers and dossier #6 which is about Lisa
Liberi with Lisa Liberis full social security number, date of birth, and other private
confidential information is the only one posted on her website.
11. It is apparent that Mrs. Taitz holds herself in a higher regard than she does the
Plaintiffs. Mrs. Taitz relies on the laws of our Country to protect herself, however,
disregards them when it comes to the Plaintiffs herein.
12. I am also disturbed by additional information which I have come across in regards
to the hypocrisy of Mrs. Taits. Earlier on she commented about an email she sent to Mr.
Philip J. Berg Esq. regarding the supposed Criminal Record of Lisa Liberi, with the
accusations of Fraud etc. I have now come to find out Mrs. Taitz has a new assistant, Travel
partner and now Paralegal, Charles E. Lincoln, III who has drafted some of Mrs. Taitz most
recent case fillings, filed the documents with the Federal Courts, traveled with Mrs. Taitz to
the Court hearings and was introduced to the Courts as Mrs. Taitz Legal Assistant. In fact,

Charles E. Lincoln, III was present at this Court during the June 25, 2009 hearing before your
Honor. However, as previously filed with this Court, Mr. Lincoln has been convicted of
Federal crimes; federal contempt of court; been to seven (7) prisons by his own admission;
and disbarred from the practice of law in two (2) states, Florida and California; and
voluntarily resigned from the Texas State Bar to avoid disbarment.
13. Orly Taitz did not feel it important or necessary to make the public aware of
Charles Lincolns background. She has not made Mr. Lincolns criminal background known
as she felt it was necessary to state a background of Lisa Liberi that has not been proven as
belonging to Lisa Liberi. Instead, she continues to publish Dossier # 6 and puts out further
information regarding Mrs. Liberis Mothers name, Origin of Birth of Lisa Liberi and
Information regarding a death of her sister. Your Honor Mr. Lincolns Criminal History is
easily found on pacer and even some on his own Website.
14. On July 27, 2009, Ms Taitz posted on her website at
http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?p=2585 insinuating that Mrs. Liberi somehow had a role
to play with her sisters death and called for a Pathologist to look into the matter. I still fail to
see where anything regarding Lisa Liberis sister or her death has anything to do with Mrs.
Taitz or gives Mrs. Taitz any reason to post this painful and private information of Ms.
Liberis sister on her website. Ms. Taitz simply did this and continues to do this to hurt and
harm Lisa Liberi and her family. This was cruel, malicious and extremely vindictive on the
part of Orly Taitz.
15. I have spoken with Lisa Liberi regarding her sisters death. Ms. Liberi stated her
sister did pass away from an illegal drug over-dose. Ms. Liberi stated her sisters name was
not Cheryl that Orly Taitz had it wrong. Ms. Liberi stated her sisters passing was four years

ago on July 5, 2005. Ms. Liberi stated her family had kept her sisters death private due to the
fact it was a self inflicted drug over-dose. Ms. Liberi stated her family did not feel it
anyones business. Ms. Liberi stated the postings by Ms. Taitz, which Ms. Liberis mother
found on the internet on or about June 27
th
2009, have truly upset Ms. Liberi and her elderly
parents. Again, Orly Taitz posting regarding the death of Ms. Liberis sister was nothing
more than vindictive and malicious, to cast Lisa Liberi in a false light, to make insinuating
remarks to the point of accusatory comments is only and again to carry out her threat to
destroy Lisa Liberi, which she has pretty much done.
16. Your Honor this Courts warnings on June 25
th
were again ignored, towards the
end of July 2009 Mrs Taitz set-up a new website where she again posted Dossier # 6, with
Mrs. Liberis full social security number and other personal identifying information, which is
also still located on her blog, but in her new posting when she opened her website, instead of
the former text and font size in the E-mail from Neil Sankey the new website located at
www.orlytaitzesq.com has a font change in that E-mail and also enlarged point size as well.
Again this is nothing but malicious intent to continue to do harm to Lisa Liberia and her
family. Furthermore it is apparent Ms Taitz continues in her defiance of this Courts
warnings from your Honor of June 25
th
2009.
17. Your Honor Ed Hale and Linda Belcher on Mr. Hales radio show, the Lions Den
on June 25, 2009, threatened Plaintiffs witnesses. The text of the defendants threats is as
follows:
Linda Starr: Well I feel like the Judge threw Berg a bone today. Because he said, ok,
you made all of these allegations and I'm gonna wait and give you a chance to support the
allegations you made with proof and evidence. And sworn affidavits with real identities.

Not fake IDs. They are gonna have to put their real identities out there.[emphasis
added]
Ed Hale: Yeah and I'm gonna tell you something. When these affidavits come in that
they claim that they have. These people's names are gonna be known. Their addresses are
gonna be known. And you know something, we are gonna know who they are. And you
know what, we will go after them with a vengeance. And prove them a liar also.
[emphasis added]

Caren: Who are you talking about?

Ed Hale: All of these affidavits that Berg claims he has. We are talking about...

Caren: From just?...

Linda Starr: Caren here is the deal. They are not going to be allowed to use usernames.
In order to produce sworn affidavits in court they are gonna be notarized they are gonna
have to use their real names.

Caren: Ok.

Ed Hale: Yeah, there is no more hiding.

Linda Starr: Then we can identify them.

Caren: And these are people that are using their user names that are making all of these
statements.

Ed Hale: That's correct.

Linda Starr: That's right.
Caren: Ok.

Ed Hale: But now they have to come out from behind the anonymity of the internet.
And they have to come out and face us. And you know something...?

Caren: And they will probably refuse to do it for Berg, huh?

Ed Hale: Let me tell you something. Its easy as hell...

18. Your Honor this threat of Linda Starr a/k/a Linda Belcher Ron Polariks ID is

he is. regarding Ron Polarik was actually carried out on Plains Radio website located at
www.plainsradio.com on July 29

, 2009. Ron Polarik has been a witness in a Federal Case,
Berg v Obama which is currently with the 3
rd
Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Polarik
maintained his confidentiality for the protection of himself and his family from such threats
as those being made by the defendants in this case. A post was placed on Edgar and Caren
Hales website located at www.plainsradio.com at 9:00 a.m. which states Ron Polarik, Mr.
Bergs Forensic document experts, legal name is Ronald Jay Polland and he resides in
Florida. See EXHIBIT B. To further carry out their threats, Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda
Starr also had Mr. Polariks information posted on her website at

other defendants to post the identity of a Federal Witness and may have put his life and that
of his family in danger as I and those who would provide affidavits in this matter as witness
and testify under oath to the actions regarding this case and the defendants within.
20. Your Honor, Mr. Hale has been deleting the posts he has made, since it has been
made known to this Court. I believe he is doing this in attempts to destroy evidence. In his
link www.plainsradio.com/jo.html he posts the 77 page document sent to this court,
Document # 83 on the courts docket Filed 07/27/2009 Entitled Emergency Injunction for
TRO. It appears to me that Mr. Hale and Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr have now done this
to further bring additional concerns of witness intimidation and witness tampering. The

I did NOT out Ron Polarik's identity. I would not do to him and make him a
target the way Berg/Liberi has done to me. His identity would have been revealed

He defamed me all over the Internet and when I confronted him in emial, he
ignored me and didn't bother to even acknowledge, or deny it to me. He lieved

the lies of people who used him to defame me, quoted it everywhere online and
made him the target for the nutjobs, just like me and my family have all been
compromized. I tried to warn him months ago when he first got involved not to
reveal himself to anyone until he absolutely had to. Like me, he's been used and
discarded.

To Ron, I did not out you. I don't care what the Politijab Trolls say. They
claimed they didn't out Liberi's past there either. I got blamed for that too and had
no idea.
21. Your Honor, since the time I met Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr, she has had a
continual problem with lying. Just like above, she states I did NOT out Ron Polariks
identity however, just two (2) posts below it Linda on her website states MEET RONALD
JAY POLLAND which was posted at http://obamacitizenshipdebate.org/2009/07/meet-
ronald-jaypolland.html just approximately two (2) days prior. The defendants have teamed
up with Orly Taitz and have set out to carry out the threats made by Orly Taitz do harm and
take Philip J Berg and the Law offices of Philip J. Berg down and to do so she would destroy
his paralegal, Lisa Liberi and anyone associated with them. That is exactly what they are all
doing and as a consequence they may have placed Mr. Polland and his family, myself and
other witnesses and the plaintiffs in danger.
22. As stated above, Ed Hale has posted everything filed in this case since July 16,
2009 to date. Of the postings was Attorney Hoppes letter of July 30, 2009 to this Court,
which during Mr. Hales radio show Mr. Hale referred everyone to read Mr. Hoppes letter.
In Mr. Hoppes letter, his remark Mr. Bergs failure to include the complete quote was, I
believe, disingenuous and an effort to mislead the court as to the Hales and Ms. Belchers
Intentions is ridiculous. Your Honor there is no misleading of the court as it was a direct
quote that I, myself, heard and listened to on the Plains Radio Show KPRN AM 1610 dated
June 25
th
2009. Further Attorney Hoppe apparently copied statements from an email or

information he received from his clients as evidenced by the mere fact, he misspelled the
word liar as lair which is the exact same way Mr. Hale always seems to spell it, instead
of correctly spelling liar Mr. Hale always writes lair. Mr. Hoppes direct quote AND
PROVE THAT THEY ARE LAIRS leads me to believe Attorney Hoppe never actually
listened to the full show or parts provided in part, but instead took his clients word.
23. Further your Honor as of July 29
th
2009 the defendants have further made good
on their threat by disclosing and publishing information regarding Ron Jay Polland, as well
as my own identity which was contained in my affidavit filed in this matter, July 27, 2009.
Thankfully, I redacted my address and first name from my affidavit.
24. Your Honor should these defendants be allowed to continue in this manner and
further be allowed to seek retaliation as in the case of releasing information and publishing it
on their individual websites where the information is picked up and spread throughout the
World Wide Web and over AM Radio shows, witnesses who have pertinent information will
refuse to testify as some I know already have. Plaintiffs in this case are being severely
prejudiced in their ability to seek fair justice under the laws of the United States Constitution
and the laws governing such actions both State and Federal as they apply in this case.
25. As witnesses in this case we are entitled to protection under the law and should be
afforded that protection by this Court. This Court has the ability to Order the defendants to
stop there continued malicious and intentional behaviors and posting or distribution of
personal information or slanderous statements including statements made in a Blog, Website
and Chat Room. As someone with a family I am concerned for the safety of myself and
family.

26. It should also be noted; on Friday, July 31, 2009 in the chat from plainsradio.com
Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr, other than a few sentences, in the seventy four (74) pages of
the chat that I have, Linda Belcher could not complete a sentence without bringing up Lisa
Liberi and Philip J. Bergs name and further degrading, slandering and libeling Lisa Liberi
and Philip J. Berg, knowing her statements to be false. Linda Belcher a/k/a Linda Starr is
very vindictive, hateful, abusive and dishonest.
27. I have been checking Orly Taitz website as well as her blog to see if she has
removed Lisa Liberis social security number. However, as of Sunday, August 2, 2009, Lisa
Liberis full social security number and other private identifying information was still present
on Orly Taitzs Dossier #6 located on her blog at http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?p=8 as
well as on her website located at http://orlytaitzesq.com/dossier-006.htm and at a third
location located at http://orlytaitzesq.com/drorlytaitzesq/documentation/Dossier6.doc.
28. Your Honor I was sent by email copy of the most recent filings of Mrs. Taitz of
her affidavit dated August 1

2009 document # 93-2 and her 32 page brief to this court
Document # 93-1 on this Courts Docket dated July 31
st
2009 from one who has an account
on Pacer and who is not subject to this action but is one who would be providing testimony
and evidence in this matter. These two witnesses were advised by four (4) separate attorneys
based on threats by the defendants that they should not testify until protections are in place to
keep the defendants from carrying out their threats and from making known personal and
private information of Plaintiffs witnesses.
29. Mrs. Taitz in her affidavit in paragraph 6 states If, as plaintiffs appear to allege
in their new Application for TRO certain unnamed attorneys have advised certain
unnamed witnesses not to appear voluntarily in this case to discuss certain unnamed and

undescribed events on behalf of the plaintiffs, I do not see how that is my fault or
attributable to me or anyone associated with me. Mrs. Taitz is notorious Your Honor for
posting personal information of many people to include but not limited to her clients Names
in Full, Addresses, Telephone numbers and email addresses. I have personal knowledge of
this as the Web Administrator of obamabcrimes.com and obamacrimes.us where I have had
to edit or remove postings having been cut and pasted from Mrs. Taitz blog such information
even to include Military Personnel. Mrs. Taitz further went on in her slanderer ways to post
the names, addresses and Phone numbers of individual officers in the states of California and
New Mexico of contact people in Law Enforcement including Local and FBI Contacts as
well as named probation officers in the state of New Mexico. And further asked her followers
to contact them. In addition, Mrs. Taitz herself made threats against Philip J. Berg and his
paralegal, Lisa Liberi. She stated, she would take Phil Berg down and to do so would destroy
his paralegal, Lisa Liberi and get rid of her.
30. Because of these actions of Mrs. Taitz and the Defendants Edgar Hale, Caren
Hale and Linda Sue Belcher postings of personal information on their individual websites,
this makes them a threat to witnesses as evidenced in the recent postings of Edgar & Caren

31. Now in Paragraphs 33 & 34 of Ms Taitz Affidavit she again insinuates that Mrs.
Liberi had something to do with the threats to Kill Me and burn my body for the world to
see. As for this allegation, Mrs. Taitz posted on her website an email which she at that time
claimed was from Everett, Washington, see EXHIBIT C. In this post, which was posted

in early June 2009, was the actual email Mrs. Taitz received which was from a Johnny from
Everett, Washington. Mrs. Liberi does NOT reside in Everett, Washington. Mrs. Taitz even
had her followers looking up the person the email came from, which again had no
involvement of Lisa Liberi. Unless Evidence exists that Mrs. Taitz is aware of these
allegations against Mrs. Liberi are completely false. Unless Mrs. Taiz has evidence to back
up such a claim she should not be allowed to continue using such comments in a malicious
and harmful way toward Mrs. Liberi or her family. Again in Paragraph 34 she is insinuating
that Mrs. Liberi had something to do with tampering of her vehicle emissions system
where a clamp was removed and fumes emissions hose was disconnected Again, Mrs.
Taitz is well aware her allegations against Mrs. Liberi are completely false. Mrs. Taitz had
posted on her blog June 6, 2009, 21 days before falsely blaming Lisa Liberi, about these
:supposed car problems. See EXHIBIT D. However it should be noted, apparently a
few months ago Mrs. Taitz had a blow out in her car, at that time she blamed President
Obama and his thugs for causing this blow-out on the freeway.. The concerns we have
pertain to threats and witness tampering, which are the defendants own words and statements
made on a radio show. On Mrs. Taitz Blog from the end of May 2009 through June, Mrs.
Taitz has accused numerous different people for threatening her and has posted for people to
call the FBI and law enforcement to report it for her. And now, as of June 27, 2009, Mrs.
Taitz is now accusing Lisa Liberi of her car problems and threatening her and accusing Lisa
Liberi of murdering her sister. Mrs. Taitz again is doing nothing more than attempting to
prejudice this Court against Mrs. Liberi with her false allegations and further seeking
attention by making false allegations.

32. There are many other dishonest statements of Mrs. Taitz. Mrs. Taitz claims she
obtained Mrs. Liberis social security number from public records. This is a blatant lie to this
Court. As you can see in reviewing Dossier #6, Neil Sankey clearly sent Mrs. Liberis social
security number to Mrs. Taitz. Furthermore, in her next couple of paragraphs, she claims
that California Civil Code 1798, et sequitur pertains only to Governmental agencies, which
completely eliminates her prior statement. Mrs. Taitz is not only operating as a business,
Defend our Freedoms Inc. which the court is aware of but she also sells advertising space and
legal services on her website.
33. Your Honor in reference to Document 93 which likely should be thrown out since
the defendant Mrs. Taitz did not seek leave of this court to file this document I will however
touch on a few points within the document itself. In the first paragraph right out of the gate
Mrs. Taitz and or through her Legal Assistant Charles Lincoln III have lied and have set out
to deceive this Honorable Court by attaching a redacted Dossier # 6 to Mrs. Taitz affidavit in
the following statement Furthermore, to the degree that this court expressed its concern
regarding the possible publication of Plaintiffs Lisa Liberis social security number, even
if legal and permissible as defendants contend, Defendant Orly Taitz, shows by her sworn
testimony in a form of an affidavit (Exhibit A) that from the date of the hearing she did not
publish or republish MS. Liberis full social security number I refer you to the statement
within this supplemental Affidavit in Paragraph 28 where I was able to find 3 references as
late as August 2

2009 in regards to Lisa Liberis full social security number. As of
todays date, Mrs. Taitz still has her dossier #6 with Mrs. Liberis full social security number
and other personal identifying information posted on her new website which was posted on
or about July 27, 2009.

34. As for Mrs. Taitz statements that she noticed she had Lisa Liberis full social
security number in her dossier #6 and removed it in April 2009, and resent out the redacted
version. This is another blatant lie to this Court in attempts to deceive your Honor. Mrs.
Taitz has never had a redacted copy of her dossier #6 removing Mrs. Liberis full social
security number until August 3, 2009, which is only on her blog, and was removed after her
Court filings on August 3, 2009, however, she left this dossier #6 unredacted on her new
website. See above.
35. On page 4 paragraph 2 it is interesting that one would make the comment that
but there two wrongs do not make a right When trying to link an unproven Criminal past
of A Lisa Liberi and Phil Berg in working together. When it is actually fact that Mr.
Charles Lincoln has been convicted of Multiple Federal Crimes and spent time in seven (7)
Prisons by his own admission and also verified through Pacer, Mr. Charles Lincoln and Mrs.
Taitz are working together. Further they set out either together or on their own individually to
Directly Lie to this court as stated in Paragraph 33 above.
36. On page 12 of Document 93-1 in part the following statement is made
Defendants herein further submit that, upon information and belief based on information
available to Dr. Orly Taitz, it is more likely that these alleged threats as described
Plaintiffs memorandum (page 16---Document 83 at page 19 of 77are nothing more than
Plaintiffs downright disingenuous fabrications, evidenced by and consisting as they do
from witnesses whose names and addresses where expunged, thus depriving the
defendants of their Fifth Amendment right to confrontation of witnesses, especially
witnesses alleging criminal or quasi-criminal conduct against them. Your Honor the
defendants are not being denied there Fifth Amendment Rights. Those who would provide

testimony, Affidavit and evidence in this trial have no problem with being questioned by the
defendants or their Attorneys of representation, as long as safe guards are put in place by this
Court and the threats and intimidation are stopped. Witnesses for the Plaintiffs simply ask
this court for protection under the law as Defendants in this case have purposefully and with
malicious intent have used information available to them in any fashion whatsoever to
continue in bringing harm to the Plaintiffs and have made threats directly to those who
would provide Affidavits in this case as referenced previously in the June 25
th

37. Your Honor on Page 16 of Document 93-1 at the bottom of the page Defendant
Taitz makes the following claim of course it can be and should be noted that Defendants
do not operate a commercial website Interesting in that she currently is advertising on her
website for Advertisers and Sponsors Attachments EXHIBIT E and to contact her for
rates. This would constitute a Commercial Enterprise thus making it a Commercial site even
though she claims to be a Non Profit Organization still with an unverifiable board of
directors or valid tax ID #. Orly Taitz also advertises for clients in Foreclosures, see
EXHIBIT F. And, Orly advertises for other clients in Civil Rights, Real Estate, etc. See
EXHIBIT G,
38. Edgar and Caren Hale of Plains Radio also do run a commercial Website at
http://www.plainsradio.com where they have the Plains Radio Auction. An auction in almost
every case unless done for charitable reasons will always get a percentage of anything that is
auctioned. Plains Radio also has a click trough where if you click on certain links they profit
from this type of action and ask people on their chat and also radio station to help them out
by clicking on those links.

39. For the continued malicious ongoing and un-retracted postings by Mrs. Taitz;
further intent to do harm by the postings and threats from Linda Sue Belcher a/k/a Linda
Starr; Edgar Hale, Caren Hale, Plains Radio, KPRN AM 1610 and Bar H Farms; and the fact
that Ms. Taitz posts information on her website of a personal and attacking nature, asking for
people to contact them, I have again redacted Email Addresses, personal information such as
Physical Address, Phone numbers, etc. I have signed this document within legal rights before

Neil Sankey: Yeah, I forwarded this out there. Um, Primary to Dr. Orly, but um. I am
actually, this all started off way back, the exact date I'm not sure. I think it
was earlier well, much earlier in the year certainly. When I got um, see
Lisa Ostella and I use to do a lot of research together. Um all kinds of
weird and off shoot stuff way back in the background on the depths of the
origins of Mr. Obama and his crowd. She emailed me one night, back
around the time when, if you remember Orly Taitz discovered that some of
the files that disappeared on the Superior Court Index and they kept going
away and coming back and then the scheduling would be missing all
together for her. And um, they were moving them around and eventually
getting, they were trying to lose the case is what they were doing. And it
became apparent that we thought, or Lisa in fact came up with the idea,
that Mr. Berg had to know this was going on. And there were
circumstances which made this the probability I can't remember the details
now but they would explode. I know Dr. Orly could explain it. Um, and
she suggested to me, and she sent me an email, two emails in fact,
suggesting that we investigate the background... oh she first told me that
Lisa Liberi's real name was Richards. And she suggested that she had a
criminal record and asked me if I can find that out. And then I got an email
from her saying that we want to go ahead with it and would you please
also look at the background of Berg and several other people at the same

time. So she in fact ordered all the work that we did and is now suing us
for it.
Caren Hale: ::laughs:: How cute!
Neil Sankey: Yeah it is way cute. She didn't pay for it but she sure ordered it.
Caren Hale: That's interesting. Did you know this Ed?
Ed Hale: Yeah I found it out today when Neil told me. And uh, well Neil I'm going to
tell you something. So far my friend, we have raised $1,810 dollars in the
last 2 hours.

cost a bunch of money this thing if it doesn't go away. But I don't
know how much more they need to make it go away. It's just a lot

Ed Hale: Well let me tell you something, you sent me a little bit of information you
sent me them court records and stuff showing Lisa Liberi's criminal record
but you know something Neil, you and I talked, it is the tip of the iceberg
isn't it? Are you there? Did I lose you Neil?

Ed Hale: Oh my goodness he'll call back he is on a dang cell phone. Oh right Ken,
Bird, Randy? What do you all think about that?

Ed Hale: And a little of this other information is just the tip of the iceberg of the
information that you have. Right?
Neil Sankey: Oh yeah.
Ed Hale: I mean you got tons of stuff out there just waiting for the court date.

Neil Sankey: Well maybe I could also address a couple of questions here, and one is
Mr. Berg has been asking and in that lawsuit you'll see he asks several
times what business Sankey had sending this stuff all over the place. And
he alleges that I don't have the right to do that. Well he is wrong on both
counts. Because in the first place the business I had doing it is that it is
my job and that it was ordered as we now know by one of his co
defendants. But, in addition to that, I have every right. The law in
California, which obviously he hasn't read, does give you several rights to
use those security numbers and to investigate using them and to access
certain information with them. Obviously we are well conscious of this our
licenses and our life depends on them. We don't do silly things with them.
Ed Hale: Right.
Neil Sankey: And we don't use them very often. But fraud is one of the exceptions.
Judgement is one of the exceptions. Both of which we have in this
case. We are looking at the possibility of a lot of people being
defrauded out of a lot of money. We know they have been already by
Liberi and there are a lot of people in the San Bernardino area still
looking for her actively and have asked me to help them. I know
where she is but I'm certainly not going to give that away until it suits
me to do so. [emphasis added]
Ed Hale: Well, I'll tell you what Neil, the thing about it and that's why I'm asking. Ok
Caren I'll take care of that in a minute.
Caren Hale: Okay, Okay.
Ed Hale: I'm trying to talk to Neil here. Bird, Ken, you all got any questions for Neil?
Ken: No questions at this time sir.
Bird: No, I'm good.

Bird: I'm good. I just had a little hard time hearing what Neil was saying. But I'll
catch up.
Caren Hale: Well, I just want to reiterate. What you are saying is that Lisa Ostella
asked you to look into all of this.
Neil Sankey: Yeah.
Caren Hale: So you think it was a set up?
Bird: Lisa Ostella did?

Neil Sankey: She asked me to find out whether, she had heard from another source,
that Lisa Liberi had a criminal record and that her real name was other
than Lisa Liberi. And she asked me to look into it. And of course, as soon
as you look at the records in San Bernardino and I would add that these
are public records, they are open, Internet, anybody can, any one of you
can go in there and look at these records page by page. It is all totally
public, as is the bankruptcy court and you can see all of this stuff there.
There it is. There is an index online, at the courthouse, or through the
courthouse. Where you can index her by name, by case number
whichever way you want to do it. And it will tell you everything I've given
out. Everything is out there.
Caren Hale: And also part of the claim that she is saying is that she tried to do that
herself and nothing was found.
Neil Sankey: Well, yes but let me tell you, you know, the, the....
Bird: If she had suspicions Neil, why is she a plaintiff?
Neil Sankey: I don't know the answer to that. She is not suppose to enter into any
litigation without the express permission from her probation officer.
Bird: Exactly.
Neil Sankey: Umm, you know, that you would have to ask them.
Ed Hale: Well Neil, I'll tell you something. The other night, last Monday night, when
I had the show, and I produced all those documents that you gave me.

There was something I went a little bit further than you did. On our
declaration which I call #4.
Neil Sankey: Yes.
Ed Hale: She had her signature on it. Ok?
Neil Sankey: Um Huh.
Ed Hale: And she also, and these lawsuits that she filed against us, she had her
signature there.
Neil Sankey: Absolutely.
Ed Hale: And I'll tell you what. Neil, the signatures were identical.
Neil Sankey: Of course. Of course. I wouldn't have stuck my neck out in the first place
if I wasn't sure what I was doing.
Ed Hale: Well I'll tell you this much, why don't you just briefly tell the folks what you,
you're the one that found all this information. Why don't you tell them what
she was charged with, just kinda give them a brief synopsis of what went
on and what she wound up gettin.
Neil Sankey: Yeah, I will. I can't be too specific with that stuff because were not
absolutely certain that it's all been properly dealt with yet.
Ed Hale: Ok.

Neil Sankey: But we do think for the most part there was two separate phases of this
lot. Back in I suppose around the late 90s and the 2000, what she was
doing originally was buying cars. I think she bought like 5 brand new cars
in a very short space of time. She says she bought them for friends, I
don't know what happened to them. But essentially she was amending
her own credit report to make it look right. And obtaining credit by means
of that. She was also reporting her own identity theft to the police so that
a report was made of that. Then she would get a copy of that report and
use that report to correct her credit.
Ed Hale: And Neil, did she not also forge some of these reports?
Neil Sankey: Oh yeah, well pretty much everything. If you hold her documents are lies
then you have committed forgery. And she certainly did that. There were
a number of these offenses. And then she got into other stuff such as
what you would call credit fraud I suppose. The mortgage stuff seems to

have come a little bit later but she certainly had some jewelry and all kinds
of other stuff. A lot of people invested money with her. Some of these
micro loans, she got those, under the impression that it was good credit
and it wasn't. All kinds of things.
Ed Hale: Yeah like one I remember specifically it was a community bank. She got
$35,000 on an unsecured loan.

Neil Sankey: Yeah, absolutely. And um, in that case she went to the trouble to get the
credit report, get them all changed around, and altered so it all looks good
for her and actually I think took the documents down to San Diego to get
the loan. But she went to a lot of trouble she did a very good job, a very
thorough job really. But it is not as complicated and fail proof as she might
have thought. And then she went into selling and reselling the same
house several times and getting mortgage credit fraud which obviously is
bigger amounts.
Ed Hale: Well damn, I didn't know about that one.
Neil Sankey: Yeah, that was after 2000. That was when she was arrested in 2004 for
that. That arrest was by the district attorney's special unit in San
Bernardino they were just looking at these, what they regard to be as
major crimes and they are high value stuff. And there were 4 offenses of
that charged in 2004. So there was um I don't know over 100 certainly, I
haven't really counted them. But...
Ed Hale: Well according to those court records you sent me there was 19 counts on
her and she pleaded guilty to 9 of them.
Neil Sankey: Yeah, that is when it came down to eventually but when it started out I
think you will find it is over 200.
Ed Hale: And I've been told that the money that she stole was somewhere between
$350,000 to $400,000. Is that correct?
Neil Sankey: That is absolutely correct and that is probably a low ball figure.
Ed Hale: Oh my God.

Neil Sankey: A lot of people are still out. She hasn't paid up one penny as I understand
it in restitution. Now what I said originally, and MommaE called me, she
was a dear sweet little soul, trying to get information out of me before this
suit was filed, and um, she made out that it was all going to go away and
everything was going to be alright. She says in her summons and

complaint there that I had told her that I had not verified that the Lisa Liberi
in Phil Berg's office was the same one as the lady in San Bernardino.
Ed Hale: You don't have to tell me I know she is lying through her teeth. But go
ahead.
Neil Sankey: Well, I just want to tell, the simple fact is, what I said to her was, I
personally cannot definitely say that Lisa Liberi in Philip Berg's office is the
one in San Bernardino. What I can say is the one in San Bernardino is the
one in New Mexico. And the one in New Mexico seems to have numerous
contacts with Pennsylvania and Phil Berg's office, etc. And that's what I
said to her. I didn't say I hadn't verified it. Because obviously I was very
methodic in what I was doing. But there is no way even to this day, I
haven't seen this woman I don't know what she looks like. Well I do know
what she looks like but...
Ed Hale: Now I understand, and again, you don't have to answer these questions if
you don't want to Neil.
Neil Sankey: But know I....
Ed Hale: Now I understand that you have a picture of her on a driver's license
and you took it to San Bernardino and they would not let you see the
picture but they compared it and said it was the same person. Is that
correct? [emphasis added]
Neil Sankey: Umm..Yeah. Yeah, they basically. They...
Ed Hale: Let me ask you this question, was it a New Mexico state license that you
had?
Neil Sankey: Uh no, it's not, it is a California Driver's License. [emphasis added]
Ed Hale: Let me ask you this so you can clear yourself, how did you obtain this?

Neil Sankey: Well, the California Driver's License and Social Security number is with a
social security card on a piece of paper and that is known to photograph
with her bankruptcy file in the Southern District, um, Central California
Federal Court. So she's been bankrupt many times and those documents
are in the file.
Ed Hale: Ok, we have a lady here that wants to ask you a question, Neil. Go ahead
Elizabeth, ask your question.

Elizabeth: Um, actually I have two questions and Ed might have to answer the first
one. I was looking at the Lisa Liberi signatures on your website and I can
figure out where one of them is from but now where the other one is from.
Ed Hale: Ok, there is not two Lisa Liberis. There is a Lisa Ostella and a Lisa Liberi.
Can you tell us the difference between the two of them Neil?
Neil Sankey: Oh sure. Lisa Liberi is the lady I've been talking about she lived most of
her life in Southern Texas and then California and now where she is in
New Mexico. Um, Lisa Ostella is the lady that runs the company doing a
webmaster job and she is very good at it and she is a nice lady. She lives
in New Jersey and has nothing to do with Lisa Liberi.
Elizabeth: And I was wondering about the two Lisa Liberi signatures.
Ed Hale: Ok those two signatures, one of them was taking from a court document
which Neil supplied me.
Elizabeth: Oh ok.
Ed Hale: And that court document was when she was convicted and everything.
The other signature was taken from the lawsuit when we were served the
other day.
Elizabeth: Oh ok.
Ed Hale: So you know she is claiming she didn't have this record and all of this
good stuff, well unfortunately the two signatures match don't they Neil?

Neil Sankey: Oh absolutely and at one stage in one of those declarations somewhere
she actually says how she had to change her signature because her
identity was stolen.
Ed Hale: Well, damn, you ain't sent me that one yet. See that folks! This man is
uttered with stuff!
Elizabeth: My understanding was that Lisa Liberi electronically signed this suit? But
you must have gotten one with a real signature when you were served?
Ed Hale: Yes, when we were served, we got a certified copy, and in this certified
copy it was a copy of her signature.
Elizabeth: Well that clears up a lot of stuff.
Ed Hale: Well, that's what we be trying, I tell you what, let me, let me find that cotton
pickin page while Neil talks to you a second and I will post it in the chat
room and everybody can go look at the two signatures.

Elizabeth: And Mr. Sankey, are you able to talk about your response to the suit or
can you not talk about it?
Neil Sankey: Well we denied everything, obviously far as I'm concerned it was without
any foundation.
Elizabeth: But you did file a response?
Neil Sankey: I did my job and provided information that is available to the general
public. That's all.
Elizabeth: But you did file a response?
Ed Hale: Oh yes, let me explain something to you. Neil is with the same attorney
that Plains Radio Network has. Neil is doing this P.I. work that's why we
are asking Plains Radio to pick up his part of the attorney. And you all are
just seeing a touch of, I mean Neil is telling me stuff I didn't even know
tonight.
Elizabeth: ::laughs:: It's real complicated Ed. It's a complicated suit.
Ed Hale: It certainly is.
Caren Hale: It's way complicated.
Neil Sankey: It's like getting Mr. Obama's life history out there to the public. It's very,
very difficult.
Ed Hale: I understand that.
Neil Sankey: But if they knew, my God, if they knew.
Ed Hale: Oh I know Neil, you told me, you said Ed, you sent me that email and said,
and I thought what was funny, when you sent it to me and all that stuff you
said some apologies are needed. And I looked through it and said Oh My
God, and then I called you up and I said Neil I need to post this stuff, you
said just make damn sure you don't have her birthday and social security
number in there.
Neil Sankey: Yeah.
Ed Hale: And then Ed, when I tell you what, we printed them out and Miss Caren
went through them with a fine tooth comb and that's why you all see some
black marks on a few of those papers out there because we just...

to this kinda thing when they commit fraud all putting themselves in

Libera, Liberer, or how ever in the heck you say it, she was claiming Dr.
Orly outed her with this social security number and everything. She
admits there that in 2007 that her social security number, date of birth was
all over the internet then. So you know this woman is a pathetic liar.
Neil Sankey: Yeah.
Ed Hale: Now let me ask you a question, Neil, is there anything you can to tell us
about Mr. Berg?

needed as doctors such as Dr. Tai tz have spent years i n trai ni ng and i nvested

years and they wi l l be pai d reasonabl e f ees f or thei r servi ces, and as the
i ndi vi dual States have spent bi l l i ons of dol l ars i n bui l di ng an i nf rastructure

Congress and Obama admi ni strati on are si mpl y steal i ng f rom the Medi cai d

program and enti tl ement program represents a contract wi th the Ameri can
peopl e. As the publ i c and the states contri bute i nto the program, such f unds
are supposed to be kept saf e and prudentl y i nvested. Today i t i s qui te cl ear
that the f unds have been mi smanaged, mi sappropri ated or embezzl ed, as
currentl y there i s a 45 tr illion dollar s debt in unfunded liabilities in Social
Secur ity and an additional 57 tr illion dollar s in unfunded liabilities in
Medicaid. The US government and Congress have br eached their
obligations to the citizens, like Dr . Taitz and to the States. Taki ng
bi l l i ons and tri l l i ons of dol l ars f rom the programs that are al ready i n deep
debt and overburdened, i s more than j ust the breach of an obl i gati on, i t i s
reckl ess and i t i s a breach of Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing.
Thi s breach represents nothi ng but an enormous Cr iminal Ponzi scheme,
whi ch rests on a pyrami d of pri or Ponzi schemes.
H.R. 3590 represents an Unenfor ceable I llusor y Contr act. Today
the US government and US Congress are f aci ng a 13.5 tri l l i on dol l ars of
f orei gn debt on top of 102 tri l l i on dol l ars of unf unded l i abi l i ti es descri bed
previ ousl y, f or a total of 115.5 tr illion dollar s of total debt and
obligations wi th the Obama admi ni strati on runni ng over 1.5 tri l l i on dol l ars
of unprecedented yearl y def i ci t whi ch i s expected to doubl e our f orei gn debt
i n the near f uture. When the overburdened US government si gns such an
enormous program of enti tl ement wi thout any reasonabl e means to sustai n i t,
i t creates and Unenf orceabl e I l l usory contract.
H.R. 3590 represents a vi ol ati on of the Commer ce Clause. Whi l e the
government has a ri ght to provi de some regul ati on of commerce, i t i s not

commer cial r elations. Today Dr. Tai tz, as a doctor, i s provi di ng treatment
to pati ents, some of them chose not to pay thousands of dol l ars f or
i nsurance, but rather pay Tai tz f or thei r care di rectl y. Under H.R. 3590 those
pati ents wi l l be f orced by the government to pur chase a pr oduct or be
penalized by the gover nment. How is this differ ent fr om the mafia
bosses ruffling up business owners choosing not to buy the insurance
of their pr otection? Whi l e Tai tz i s aware that Obama was groomed i n
Chi cago, the bi rthpl ace of such acti vi ti es, the Uni ted States of Ameri ca as a
whol e i s not Chi cago. The US Consti tuti on gi ves the Federal government
very l i mi ted powers, such as Nati onal Def ense, Border patrol and coi nage.
Based upon the recent hi story, the f ederal government has f ai l ed i n al l of the
above, and as such i t i s ti me f or the f ederal courts to i ntervene and curb thi s
insane unpr ecedented expansion and limit the Feder al gover nment to
the functions that they ar e mandated to per for m, but have failed to
per for m so miser ably. Thi s i s the same red l i ne i n both the pl eadi ngs by
Tai tz and State of Fl or i da v Depar tment of Heal th.
Dr. Tai tz has a contractual rel ati onshi p wi th her pati ents. Thi s
contractual rel ati onshi p i s based on the premi se that they are gai nf ul l y
empl oyed i n thei r occupati ons, not overburdened by taxes and are abl e to
pay f or such servi ces. I n recent years, roughl y starti ng f rom the Cl i nton
admi ni strati on, the US government and Congress seemed to f avor campai gn

countrymen, as the Federal Government and Congress have l argel y

governments saw thei r revenues f rom i ncome taxes dwi ndl e, they came up
wi th more tax schemes to make up f or the def i ci t i n the ever i ncreasi ng
budget. As a resul t the ci ti zens of thi s nati on f ound themsel ves i n a vi se,
between a rock and a hard pl ace, unabl e to pay f or medi cal servi ces provi ded
by Dr. Tai tz or other doctors or anybody el se f or that matter. H.R. 3590
represents the l ast straw i n the I nter fer ence with the existing contr acts
between Dr . Taitz and her patients and similar ly existing contr acts of
the states. Tax penal ty f or ref usal to buy i nsurance represents unl awf ul
capi tati on or di rect tax i n vi ol ati on of Arti cl e1, Secti ons 2 and 9 of the
Consti tuti on of the Uni ted States.
Whi l e the i ndi vi dual states are asserti ng thei r ri ghts as Soverei gns

amendment, Dr. Tai tz i s asserti ng her ri ght as a Soverei gn

amendment i n the same cl ai m that H.R. 3590 violates both 9

amendments, violates the mandate given to the feder al
gover nment by the sover eign fr ee citizens and sover eign States, that the
f ederal government i s overreachi ng and i nf ri ngi ng upon such ri ghts.
The penal ty on ci ti zens under H.R. 3590 is abusive, as it does not
punish any illegal behavior , but simply penalizes citizens for living and
