Christianity

The religion that traces its origin to Jesus of Nazareth, whom it affirms to be chosen one (Christ) of god. (Encyclopedia Britannica) We may define Christianity as the ethical, historical, universal, monotheistic, redemptive religion, in which the relation of God and man is mediated by the person and work of the lord Jesus Christ. (Encyclopedia Of Religion and Ethics- Alfred A. Garvie) The core of Christian faith is the doctrine that a man called Jesus, who was alleged to be crucified by the romans nearly 2000 years ago, was uniquely the son of god. As commonly understood, the doctrine that there was an aspect of the God-head which could be thought as filial as deity in self-expression, which at certain promised moment in time has suffered a cruel death for the salvation of man. (The hijacking of Christianity-Ajijola) As for the first definition even the term Christianity cannot be traced back to Jesus as The term Christian was actually "slang" spoken with contempt about followers of Jesus by the pagans at Antioch because according to them Jesus was killed as a blasphemer. In actuality the first church called everyone "saints"

The concept of God-The Holy Trinity


"There is one God, but in the unity of the Godhead there are three co-eternal, co-equal Persons, the same substance but distinct in subsistence." (The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia) "There is in the Divine Being but one indivisible essence (ousia, essentia)...In this one Divine Being there are three Persons or individual subsistences, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit...The whole undivided essence of God belongs equally to each of the three persons...The subsistence and operation of the three persons in the Divine Being is marked by a certain definite order...There are certain personal attributes by which the three persons are distinguished...The Church confesses the Trinity to be a mystery beyond the comprehension of man." (Louis Berkhof, Systematic Theology). "Within the nature of the one God there are three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and these three share the same nature and attributes." (Walter Martin, Jehovah's Witnesses) There are vast number of differences among Christian theologians about Trinity which has resulted in its division into many sects.

FATHER: It is the substance of God without attributes, speech and life. SON: It is the word (attribute) of God. HOLY SPIRIT: It is the love and life of Father and Son.
It was 325 A.D. at Nicaea that the doctrine of the Trinity was rammed through by Athanasius (using Mafia tactics) in a Council that was overseen by the Emperor Constantine who, ironically enough thought of himself as God-incarnate. (Constantine was a Sun Worshiper and only made an official conversion to "Christianity" on his deathbed). Roman coins of the period still portrayed the image of the sun God despite the alleged sudden adoption/conversion of Christianity. Many of those present at the Council Of Nicaea were opposed the doctrine of the Trinity, siding with Arius. Even after the Nicene Creed, the Trinity was still hotly debated for decades and centuries after.

The strongest evidence for the Doctrine of the Trinity in the bible was First Epistle of John 5:7,8. But it has been removed in the latest English translations.

Jesus Christ
Jesus never heard of name "Jesus" himself. If at his time if somebody called him Jesus, he would say "whom you are addressing". Jesus has been addressed as Christ by the pagan murderer, Herod whom Jesus used to call Fox. Christ means the anointed one and by this Herod meant that a sinful woman should anoint Jesuss feet. He is the son of God according to Christians, the second in trinity and the God incarnate. Incarnation: Acc. To Christians God incarnated into the person of Jesus so now he is both human and divine, creator and created and at the same time high and the low. Crucifixion: Acc. To Christians Jesus was crucified by the Jews by order of Pontius Pilate, but the punishment was not given to divine element but to the human element of the son. The holy cross which is venerated by Christians was a cause of harm for Jesus. This practice of cross was started 400 years after Jesus. Resurrection: Acc. To Christians Jesus became alive after 3 days and came out of the grave and after advising his disciples he ascended to heavens. The Atonement/Redemption: Acc. To Christians it means the redemptive work of Jesus through which the sins of man were forgiven. The original Sin: Acc. To Christians when Adam was created he was given freewill to do good or evil and was prohibited from eating wheat but due to his passions he broke the prohibition and the freewill to do good was taken from man. This element of sin became embedded in him and his progeny. So in order to forgive mankind God sent his Son to die on the cross and the death became redemption for the mankind. Let us see what bible says about this: The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin. [Deuteronomy 24:16]

Bible:
The word Bible comes from the Greek word "Biblia," which is translated "book." The original manuscripts of the Bible were kept in the synagogues. Those who had custody of the manuscripts first used the Greek word to describe the collection, which later became known as "the Book." The term BIBLE was first used in 4th century AD. It is a collection of various books which form the foundation of Christian belief. The Bible is comprised of 66 books acc. to protestants and 73 books acc.to the catholics, with two major divisions: 1. The Old Testament: It was written before Jesus and consists of 39 books (protestants)/46 books (Catholics)/51 books(Eastern orthodox) and it has four major divisions: (1) the Law - 5 books; (2) History - 12 books; (3) Poetry - 5 books; and, (4) Prophecy - 17 books. Catholics add 4 books in history, two in poetry and 1 in prophesy. 2. The New Testament: It was collected and accepted in 4th century and consists of 27 books and has four major divisions: (1) the Gospels - 4 books; (2) the Acts of the Apostles - 1 book; (3) the Epistles - 21 books; and, (4) the Revelation - 1 book.

Errors in the Bible:


A famous German scholar Eichhorn reproduced the following statement of Celsus: The Christians have changed their Gospels three or four times to the extent that the contents of the Gospels have become distorted. One of their scholars, Parker said: The Protestants claim that the Old and the New Testaments have been preserved and protected from the slightest damage through an eternal and everlasting miracle, but this claim is not strong enough to stand against the great army of variations present in the Bible. The number of these is not less than thirty thousand. The author of Ecce Homo said: When the falsity of the Gospels, the Revelations, and the Epistles is so evident, how can it be ascertained that the genuine books are those which are acknowledged by the Protestants, especially with the fact in mind that even these books also had many alterations and additions before the invention of printing machines. The difficulties are really serious. According to the findings of Mill the number of variations in the text of the Bible is thirty thousand, and according to Griesbach it is one hundred and fifty thousand and according to Sholtz the number of such variations is innumerable and unknown. The Encyclopedia Britannica under the entry, Scripture, in vol. 19 includes the statement of Wettstein that the number of such variations in the Bible is one million. Some examples are: A. War or Peace? 1. EXO 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. 2. ROM 15:33 Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen. B. Who is the father of Joseph? 1. MAT 1:16 And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. 2. LUK 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli. C. Is Jesus equal to or lesser than? 1. JOH 10:30 I and my Father are one. 2. JOH 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. D. How many stalls and horsemen? 1. 1KI 4:26 And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen. 2. 2CH 9:25 And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem. E. Is it folly to be wise or not? 1. PRO 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 2. ECC 1:18 For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow. 3. 1CO 1:19: "For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent." F. Human vs. ghostly impregnation

1. ACT 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; 2. MAT 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. G. The sins of the father 1. ISA 14:21 Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities. 2. DEU 24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin. H. The shape of the earth 1. ISA 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: 2. MAT 4:8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; Astronomical bodies are spherical, and you cannot see the entire exterior surface from anyplace. The kingdoms of Egypt, China, Greece, Crete, sections of Asia Minor, India, Maya (in Mexico), Carthage (North Africa), Rome (Italy), Korea, and other settlements from these kingdoms of the world were widely distributed. I. Earth supported? 1. JOB 26:7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. 2. JOB 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. J. Heaven supported too JOB 26:11 The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof. K. The hydrological cycle 1. ECC 1:7 All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again. 2. JOB 38:22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, Storehouses are not part of the cycle L. Moses' personality 1. NUM 12:3: "Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the fact of the earth." 2. NUM 31:14, 17, 18: "And Moses was wroth...And Moses said unto them, "Have ye saved all the women alive? ... Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman, ... But all the women children ... keep alive for yourselves." M. Righteous live? 1. PSA 92:12: "The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree." 2. ISA 57:1: "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart." 3. ACT 1:18: "Now this man (Judas) purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out." 4. MAT 27:5-7: "And he (Judas) cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And the chief priests...bought with them the potter's field." N. Jesus' first sermon plain or mount?

1. MAT 5:1,2: "And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying...." 2. LUK 6:17,20: "And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people...came to hear him.. And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples and said..." O. Jesus' last words 1. MAT 27:46,50: "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, eli, lama sabachthani?" that is to say, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" ...Jesus, when he cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost." 2. LUK 23:46: "And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, "Father, unto thy hands I commend my spirit:" and having said thus, he gave up the ghost." 3. JOH 19:30: "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished:" and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost." P. God good to all, or just a few? 1. PSA 145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. 2. JER 13:14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them. What Bible says about the Prophets?

(2 sam. 11:2-26) Noah in drunken state goes naked in presence of his son.(Gen. 9:20-24) Job accuses God of being unjust and oppressive.(job 19:6,7) Jesus was cursed.(Galatians 3:13) Jesus behaved rudely towards his mother.(John 2:3,4) Jesus used to slay people.(Mat.12:39, 23:33,16:23, 15:25,26, Luke 11:40, 19:27)

The bible is filled with cases of incest, adultery, rapes, sodomy, etc. in such lewd and dirty language which makes it even worse than an X-rated novel and on the contrary Quran while describing crimes of sodomy of the people of Sodom maintains such simple language that is safe for children also and also maintains the seriousness of the crime.

Muhammad [PBUH] in the Bible:


The Lord said to me (Moses): "What they say is good. I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account." (Deuteronomy 18:17-19)

This Prophet could not be any Israelite Prophet because the verse does not say "from them" but it says "from among their brothers". The brothers of the Israelites are the Arabs who are the descendants of Ishmael the son of Abraham and the brother of Isaac. There are many similarities between Prophet Moses (pbuh) and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh):
