AQUASYSTEM International
The AQUA TURBO was launched onto the market in 1984 and quickly gained recognition world-wide as the aerator with the highest performance in real life conditions, built to an astonishingly simple design. The AQUA TURBO functions as an open pump. The mixed liquor of wastewater and activated sludge enters via the suction cone. The unique AQUA TURBO SCREWPELLER pumps the liquid axially up through the cylindrical Pump house, bends the liquid flow from axial to radial, and ensures that maximum kinetic energy is transferred to the water surface. The SCREWPELLER is designed to transfer the maximum kinetic energy to the water whilst achieving maximum performance in pumping and oxygen transfer. Due to the design of the SCREWPELLER the forces on the bearings are very low, so standard bearings can be used. The AQUA TURBO surface aerator is a non-clogging type. AQUA TURBO achieves a low energy consumption because of the high oxygen transfer that it produces in steady state or real working conditions. Compared to other aeration systems, the AQUA TURBO offers many important advantages: Low investment cost for the complete installation Simple and quick installation High oxygen transfer efficiency Maintenance is limited to one or two lubrications a year.

VITKOVICE-ENVI. a.s
In 1810, Scottish engineer John Baildon prepared a plan to build aniron works center in Ostrava. Olomouc archbishop archduke Rudolf Jan supported the plan, and the foundations of the Vtkovice Iron Works were laid in 1828. Franz Xavier Riepl, a professor of the Vienna Polytechnic Institute responsible for implementing the steam railway project from Vienna to Krakow (stopping in Ostrava) also supported the plan. In 1843, the strongest of the stakeholders of the Vtkovice Corporation, Salomon Mayer Rothschild, bought out the shares of the Olomouc Bishopric, and integrated it with the local coalmines he had also purchased. The iron works had its own blast furnace plant with a foundry, a puddle plant, rolling mill, forge, boiler shop, machinery shop, brick production shop, and other shops. Under the Rothschilds, new shops and production programs were added to further the development of the works. In order to meet the growing demand for railway rails, the Anselm Rolling Mill Plant was built in 1847. A third blast furnace was added in 1856. A new method of iron refining, known as the Bessemer process, was introduced in 1866. In 1872, a new Scottish blast furnace was installed, at that time the largest of its kind in the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. The machinery shop built steam engines, bridges, railway wagons, mining machines, steel plant mach railway wheels and rail switches.

PRAESTOL flocculants are organic, synthetic, macromolecular and water-soluble polyelectrolytes based on polyacrylamide and can be used wherever effective liquid / solid separation is desired. Generally speaking, this involves clarification of liquids by removing suspended solid particles from the liquid phase. The flocculants are used to clean municipal and industrial wastewater, to treat process and circulation water and to clarify raw or surface water in order to produce industrial or drinking water. PRAESTOL flocculants accelerate sedimentation or flotation of suspended solid particles and significantly improve the dewatering of thickened sludge during static or mechanical dewatering processes.
