No.: 293/UGB/R-11 Date: 01.06.2011 NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF EXAMINATION ANSWER SCRIPT Sealed Tenders are invited by the University of Gour Banga for the financial year 2011-12 for smooth running of examination works. The requirement of answer script is as follows: 1. Paper Quantity: 70 GSM. 2. Size: 45.5cm x 58.5 cm. 3. No. of Pages: Main Answer Script 16 Pages and Supplementary script 4 Pages. 4. Quantity: Main script 2 Lakhs and Supplementary 4 Lakhs. 5. Other Specifications: (i) Front page printed with Blue Colour. (ii) Punching symbol of UGB in each page. (iii) Sl. No. be reflected in each page. However the number of scripts may increase or decrease according to the variable requirement of the University. Additional copies may be needed at 48 hours notice. The tenderers are to submit their (a) Quotations (b) Credentials viz., copies of earnest money deposit, Service Tax / VAT Clearance Certificate, current Trade License and other documents ,if any, separately. Tenders will be received by the office of the undersigned up to 10.06.2011 on all working days from 11:00 am to 03:00 pm and the same will be opened on 13.06.2011 at 12:00 noon in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives, who wish to attend. The University reserves the right to accept or reject tender without assigning any reason. Failure to execute supply order to the satisfaction of the authority shall lead to cancellation of order. The University reserves the rights to place the order to more than one supplier.
