THE CHALLENGE
CCS has experienced dramatic growth, doubling the amount of customer sites within the last year. Due to this expansion, Compu x had to ensure their customers received outstanding service and high quality support. CCS turned to ISG technology to provide reliable and outstanding support. ISG technology worked in collaboration with CCS for a month to create a detailed transition plan to alleviate any issues. ISG technology was responsible for all recruitment, preparing of the premises, procuring of all equipment, applications, interfaces, communications and training for the team. ISG technology built a comprehensive Help Desk, sta ed with an exceptional group of passionate and dedicated employees, in less than one month. The team provides 24x7x365 Help Desk Support to 1,500 pubs across the UK.

ISG technology provided Compu x with a team of First Level Support Analyst Specialists. The support is provided by a dedicated team in ISG technology's European Support Centre in So a, Bulgaria. The transfer of Compu xs original UK based Help Desk phone lines was successfully completed within one evening. The project started at the beginning of November and within one month all 1,500 customers were supported by Compu xs dedicated team, located in ISG technology's European Support Centre. ISG technology designed and implemented the networking infrastructure on site, including cabling, routers, switches, VoIP, PDQs (devices and connectivity), the connectivity and line providers, PCs and emails, all according to the Customers speci cations. Compu x was extremely satis ed with the success of the project, especially with ISG technologys detailed planning, preparation, smooth transitioning and handover of the Service.
