ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING AND RESULTS

Assessment: Through observation and interaction, most teachers stayed with the delivered instruction. The teachers were very attentive and seemed to be interested in the topic. With the small group instruction, I was able to walk around and point to the teachers computer screens in answer to questions. Results: Since this instruction was Staff instruction, Im not able to say they received an A or B, etc. However, my students requested additional training. And, they indicated they enjoyed the topic.

REFLECTION

I love teaching. In fact, I love teaching and collaborating with teachers. Every lesson I teach just enforces my feelings of job satisfaction. Now, this class was a little easier. Everyone wanted to learn and was into the lesson. However, not all of my staff development sessions have been that way. Sometimes, they are very difficult. But, its almost like a challenge to win them over. And, I like a good challenge.

I love my job.
