Following our recent visit and discussions, I am now pleased to present our proposals and trust we have interpreted your requirements correctly. The quotation, which should be read in conjunction with the appended Project Specification and Conditions, is open for thirty days. Project Specification

Boiler During normal working hours, the old boiler would be disconnected and removed along with the flue. In place of the old boiler, we would supply and install 1-off Worcester Greenstar Junior 24i wall mounted very high efficiency condensing boiler with an output of approx. 24 kW. Flue As discussed, the new boiler flue would follow a similar route to the existing flue. However, because of the restrictions of fitting any condensing boiler, the holes in the wall will be in a slightly different location. We have not included for repairing/replacing tiles. You should note that this is high efficiency condensing boiler and, as such, there will be a plume of water vapour from the flue. It is assumed this will be acceptable in this location. Gas Pipework We have assumed that the existing gas pipework is in good order. This would be altered to connect to the new boiler. Heating Pipework Pipework would be altered to accommodate the new boiler. We would utilise the existing drain for disposal of condensate. Controls We have included for a new 7-day time clock to allow different settings for different days. The existing time clock does not have this facility. We have not included for any electrical cross-bonding of the incoming gas supply that may me required (see Conditions). Warranty: All workmanship and new materials would be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning as set out in our Conditions. The boiler manufacture provides a further (second) years warranty subject to conditions. Please note that the work proposed is limited to that specified above and that no liability can be taken for any defects or deficiencies within the existing equipment. Should any such defects come to light in the course of our works, these would be pointed out and, if appropriate, a quotation provided for rectification. Exclusions: We have not included for: Any work on asbestos based material. Painting or decoration of building fabric which we may have to disturb as part of the installation.
