Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Surabaya (Jawa Timur) Responsibilities: Review and analyze technical specifications especially on specific instruction for design requirement and criteria. Determine Mechanical Design Parameters required for the design as per Customer requirement and/or agreed International Codes. Perform Pressure Parts Calculation of the product to ensure that the selected material is suitable, within allowable stress limit and in accordance to the Customer specification. Perform Steel Structure Analysis to ensure that the product is withstand with any conditions specify in the design. Perform Pipe Stress Analysis to ensure the pipes are routed within allowable stress limit. Perform proper Pipe Support selections suitable with the product designed. Incorporate quality, safety, manufacturing, cost, material availability, erection, installation, and transportation limitation into the design process. Review design output prior submittal to external customer for design compliance to design standards. Participate in various internal and external meetings to present mechanical design aspect in technical meetings for Companys position. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required Having technical knowledge of product line, especially in steam power plant. Good understanding in mechanical design concept and technical drawing. Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database and engineering programs applications. Having knowledge in project management Proficient in English and Indonesia Keen to Travel local or Overseas Willing to be placed in Surabaya 2. Project Procurement Manager Surabaya (Jawa Timur) Responsibilities: Support tendering process in review process of proposal/project requirements and bridging the activity in initial sourcing strategy along with Project Procurement members and Sourcing. Provide appropriate resources to support tendering process done by Sourcing in order to assist the tender & sourcing strategy. Lead an effort in developing the procurement plan based on the sourcing strategy in order to achieve the material saving or cost reduction that set up in the proposal stage and to achieve the on time material delivery target as defined in each project. Reviewing and monitoring the purchase requisition status and ensuring that the outstanding purchase requisition is reviewed along with the related buyer and take an immediate action to resolve the issue without sacrificing the project schedule. Reviewing & monitoring the expediting report developed by Expeditors where cover the delivery status of material/equipment/services and documents or other agreed deliverable and lead an effort to set up the recovery plan for the outstanding orders. Reviewing & monitoring export-import, transportation and logistic activity and report developed by EXIM/LOGISTIC where cover the progress of material ordered delivery to be received by shop on-time and accountable for management of documentation for export-import prior periodically audit by custom auditor. Resolve Supplier non-conformance issues including generation of claim positions and resolution of back-charges. Assure all suppliers commitments are fulfilled throughout purchase order life including warranty obligations. Develop & maintain the relationship with other ALSTOM sourcing community. In the course of its existence, its name was changed several times, beginning with the Hulp-en Spaarbank der Inlandsche Bestuurs Ambtenareen followed by De Poerwokertosche Hulp Spaar-en Landbouw Credietbank (Volksbank), Centrale Kas Voor Volkscredietwesen Algemene in 1912 and Algemene Volkscredietbank (AVB) in 1934. During the Japanese occupation, AVB was changed into Syomin Ginko. After the Japanese defeat in the Second World War and Indonesias independence, the Indonesian Government once again changed the name to Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) on February 22, 1946. Based on Government Regulation No. 1 of 1946, BRI became the first bank to be owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. As a state-owned bank, Bank BRI played a key role in realizing the governments vision in the development of peoples economy. In 1960, the government change BRIs name into Bank Koperasi dan Nelayan (BKTN). Based on Law No.21 of 1968, the government renamed the bank BRI and it became a public bank. Later, based on Banking Law No.7 of 1992, BRI had its name and legal status of its entity changed to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). With a focus on micro, small and medium businesses, BRI has inspired a lot of other organizations to empower the businesses in these sectors as they are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. On November 10, 2003, Bank BRI became a publicly listed company and the government divested 30% of its shares to the public.
