when insulin is unavailable to keratinocytes they become more vulnerable to UVB

-Need

to downregulate IL-6 -- IGF, FGF AND AIL-1 are most appropriate here -- consider insulin resistance in metabolic syndrome for systemic protocol -- IL-6 in adipose tissue becomes an active endocrine - IGF and AIL-1 most useful cytokines here
