Each application will charge a certain administration fees according to different service. Each accounts registration details only allowed to be amend once. Original copy of Runs Card or transcript of product serial number which has be used two weeks before, has to be provided in order to prove that you are the account holder. Otherwise account will be freeze 3 days. Each application will be charged depends on the services. If you do not have enough Run Up points in your account, please attach an unused Runs Card. If there are more than one person declare he/she is the owner that the certain account, and both of them can provide account register information in the same time, our company will freeze the certain account immediately.
