Basic Brief: The Ultimate Student Facebook page needs a cover that relates to its target audience who are predominantly 18-24 year-old New Zealand Tertiary Students. We want it to have a fun feel and dont mind if its a bit irreverent as long as it fits in with the Facebook rules (see below). Dimensions: 850pixels wide x 320pixels high Email your cover to cover@ultimatestudent.co.nz with: 1. Full Name 2. Contact Phone Number 3. Postal Address (for sending out prize) 4. What Tertiary Institute you are currently at Keep in mind: 1. There will be a logo on the lefthand side of the cover that will obscure part of your image. 2. We can not use any copyright images so please ensure any images used are your own. 3. You can download the Ultimate Student logo if you need it by clicking on the profile picture and copying it. General Facebook Rules to keep in mind also: 1. Cover Content cannot be deemed as hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. 2. Cover Content cannot be deemed as unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory. 3. No price or purchase information 4. You can use the Ultimate Student logo but there should be no other contact information such as a website address, email, mailing address etc 5. There should be no references to Facebook features or actions, such as Like or Share or an arrow pointing from the cover photo to any of these features 6. There should be no calls to action, such as Get it now or Tell your friends. 7. You will not include anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Facebook, such as a denial of service attack.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Ultimate Student NZ Cover Image Competition 1. This information on how to enter the competition will form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions. 2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to ULTIMATE STUDENT and not to Facebook. 3. The promoter is Ultimate Student Ltd. 4. To enter, follow the instructions and send an email to cover@ultimatestudent.co.nz. An alternative method of entry is available: simply send your details to Ultimate Student NZ, 6 Takahe Rd, Wood Bay, Auckland 0604. All online entries will be downloaded and placed in the manual draw with posted entries. 5. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Really, its not our fault. 6. The competition commences at 12pm 2nd April 2012 and closes at 11:59pm 30th April 2012. Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition. 7. The prize will be of a minimum retail value of $20 from a New Zealand Company. 8. The best entries will be those chosen by Ultimate Student Ltd Staff. 9. The winner will be notified by the contact phone number provided or email. 10. The Ultimate Student Ltd Staff choices will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 12. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal information on the entry form provided by entrants in the competition for the purpose of the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges a further primary purpose of collection of entrants personal information may be used for direct marketing, to contact entrants with marketing information and to market improve and add to products and services that may be of interest to entrants. The promoter may share information with third parties who provide services to the promoter. By entering the competition and opting in at the point of entry into the competition, each entrant agrees that the promoter may use the entrants personal information in this way. 13.
