My job duties include supervising flights both domestic and international, check in, seat allocation, baggage accounting, checking travel documentation, escort to and from the aircraft, lost or damaged property and providing assistance to special need passengers, ie; disabled, unaccompanied minors and the elderly. Further more dealing with unruly ,upset and angry passengers, providing assistance and related costumer services at ticket counter, gate and baggage areas, servicing customer by performing meet and greets, check-in, aircraft boarding , baggage service, making boarding, providing connecting flight information and direction assistance, helping passenger pass through the airport from the ticket counter to boarding.
