HELLO ALL
Ive been thinking of the best way to do this for
a while now because I know that this can be a
pain in the butt and if we are going to do it, we
should do it well enough to where Paiglynn,
Lakin, and Dravin (then Blayre, Adalyn and
Blythe) can use it when it is time for them to
graduate. My mother had all of the contact numbers and client numbers in the computer but this is what I
would have done if I didnt have things done that way.
We can say that there are two parts to this attachment. One is a brainstorming section and the second is a
fill in the blank section. The brainstorming section is going to list important people in Kirstens life and
then list people that she knows through those people who may need an invitation. (Example- such as the
important person being Kesa and person underneath her being Tecia- however- I you guys can edit this
and delete people if you want!). The next section is going to have a category for everyones names,
addresses, telephone numbers (in case we accidentally have physical address instead of mailing or mail
gets returned, something like that), a section where Kirsten can decide what picture she wants to send
that certain person, and an invitation to an after party (something that we will have to print up somehow).
Then a check off spot so that she can check off whom she received a gift from so that deciding who
needs a thank you letter is much easier to remember with nothing but Cancun on the mind! Personally,
this process for me was a PAIN in the butt, which is why I offered to do it for Kirsten. At the end of the
year you are typically burned out and have to worry about finals and senior parties, this is the last thing
you want to fool with.
However, I cannot pull this all together on my own, so I am sending this to you so that you can help me.
I am BEGGING you guys that after you edit the document you change the document name to Kirsten
(the date you edited it) your initials and e-mail it to Kirsten, Kesa and Carol Ann so that everyone will be
up to date on the changes and nobody will have to double work themselves. Here are the e-mail
addresses in case anyone needs them:.. Ill have to look for Carol Anns or send it to her via FB.
