The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program Overview

This terminal degree in the field of Business Administration is for individuals wishing to pursue a career in areas such as teaching, research, consulting and upper-level business and/or university administration. CIBU is one of the few ACICS approved universities for the DBA program in the United States. Only a small percentage of qualified students ever achieve this significant level of success. The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) offers one of the most distinctive doctoral degree programs in America. The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)


A minimum of 135 graduate level quarter-units (27 courses) after the Bachelors degree plus submission of a dissertation must be completed for graduation. Students who have completed the CIBU MBA (13 courses) will take a total of 14 more courses plus the Dissertation.
