Apple is one of the main fruits in the world wide, with the common idea which has been promoted for generations an apple a day keeps the doctor away " scientists have recently discovered an enormous amount of advantages of the apple, its full of vitamins specially vitamin C. Apple became most popular from the past region; it became one of the most sales in both of Arab and American countries, people believe that eating apple everyday at morning will provide them a healthy life which prevents them from sickness and other diseases; it can be provided as a desert or sweet. There are lots of advantages and benefits that people can obtain from eating apple. The first benefit is that the apple supports the natural growth of the body and its biological system. It is familiar for us that growth can be affected by an apple. Many of us think that an apple benefits are rounded by vitamins only; but in fact, it has an essential nutrients required for growth such as vitamin C which is required for the growth in the human body. Both vitamin C and apple cider vinegar can lead to side effects, and they both affect your blood thickness. Apple cider vinegar can thin your blood to prevent blood clots. Vitamin C might have the opposite effect, and reduce the efficacy of blood thinners like Coumadin, according to the Linus Pauling Institute. As a result, if you take apple cider vinegar for its effect on your blood, taking other supplements to boost your vitamin C levels might cancel out this effect. Talk to your doctor before taking apple cider vinegar and vitamin C, especially if you already take medication to control blood clotting (Tremblay, 2011 ).In addition, kids who are under age 18, eating apple at morning will reflect in their growth to be longer and healthier. Also scientists proved that eating apple everyday keeps you away from permanent doctor. For example, in America approximately each family have a permanent doctor which help them to cure fast, but by eating apple, we can save our money and our health from sickness. It is required to eat apple each day to have a healthy life and away from diseases. Another benefit is that apple help the hair scalp by eating pickled apple which will reduce the hair falling, and that will at least save your hair from falling and refresh the roots of the hair and its color. Second of all, apple can support the immunity of the body and help it to resist and fight the diseases. As we mentioned before, apple can reduce having diseases, for when eating apple, it support the immunity system of the body which its job is to kill the germs and viruses that enter the body and destroy the diseases. A new research that shows that the apple can reduce inflammation associated with obesity-related diseases and strengthen the immune system, study has been proved by the ministry of USA for health, was rounded in the benefit of the apple, and they discovered a lot of advantages, one of the main discoveries was the apples reduce associated with obesity-related disease, for it is full of vitamins which contain a lot of types of vitamins that help people who has obesity-related disease to reduce it. Apple helps to be protected from many diseases such as coughing, blood pressure, and constipation. It is common that coughing is related to the weather, if the weather is cold, kids or even adults can have cough, to reduce that, 2|Page

eating an apple will communicate with your immune system, or even cure us from coughing. Moreover, apple reduce blood pressure for people who have problems in it. The phytonutrients in apples can help you regulate your blood sugar. Recent research has shown that apple polyphenols can help prevent spikes in blood sugar through a variety of mechanisms. Since these enzymes are involved in the breakdown of complex carbohydrates into simple sugars, your blood sugar has fewer simple sugars to deal with when these enzymes are inhibited. In addition, the polyphenols in apple have been shown to lessen absorption of glucose from the digestive tract; to stimulate the beta cells of the pancreas to secrete insulin; and to increase uptake of glucose from the blood via stimulation of insulin receptors. All of these mechanisms triggered by apple polyphenols can make it easier for you to regulate your blood sugar (Nutr, Jun 2003). Thirdly, the apple has the ability to make the body slim and fit. In addition, it has the ability to burn cholesterols to protect our body from fatness and make the body slim and fit. Another reason is that its full of vitamin C which delays ageing and keep the body specially the face slim. Furthermore, it can work as refreshment which removes the dandruff such as pickled apple that reduce the hair falling. And that feature come from its 3.3 PH which will protect our hair from dandruff and get rid of it. Yet pickled apple can be dangerous if we daily use it, for it can not only make our hair fall, but it also can cause a damage to our hair skin which will reflect in the future; as matter of fact, it will not affect only on you, but actually it will effect on your children too, so using it with a little awareness is the best way. Moreover, Apple juice and the other natural fruit juice must be replaced instead of soft drink such as Pepsi and Coca Kola which it contains a huge amount of sugar and caffeine, so it will replace these bad contents with useful ones such as vitamins. The forth benefit, it plays a main role in keeping the psychological case in a good situation and provides people a positive emotions and feelings. An apple has the ability to remove the stress from people who are worried, controlling hormones that try to keep the electrical signals in the natural standard, and reduce the blood pressure. Storage has little to no effect on apple phytochemicals, but processing can greatly affect apple phytochemicals. While extensive research exists, a literature review of the health benefits of apples and their phytochemicals has not been compiled to summarize this work. The purpose of this paper is to review the most recent literature regarding the health benefits of apples and their phytochemicals, phytochemical bioavailability and antioxidant behavior, and the effects of variety, ripening, storage and processing on apple phytochemicals (Boyer, 2004). It also affect psychologically on emotions to be more sensitive; for example, when someone feel angry and try to eat apple; he will immediately feel a lot of change in his feelings, and also he will relax.

Fifth of all, the apple is envolved in many main meals and can be used with deserts and sweet. Most people think of tacos, enchiladas, and nachos when they think of Mexican food recipes
but Mexican food is so much more diverse and the same goes for Mexican dessert recipes. Good Mexican desserts are so special yet not many people outside Mexico are familiar with them. Cinnamon apple dessert burritos, Mexican milk cake, churros, Mexican painted cookies, Mexican flan, strawberry dessert soup and pumpkin empanadas are all great reasons why you should make some Mexican dessert recipes if you have not already done so. Savory Mexican recipes are full of fresh ingredients and perfectly blended flavors and the same can be said for Mexican dessert dishes. There are baked Mexican desserts such as cakes and cookies, sweet variations on savory Mexican foods like pumpkin or apple empanadas or dessert burritos and many more sweet treats besides. If you like to make easy dessert recipes Mexican, food is certainly something to look at because a lot of Mexican dessert recipes are quick and easy to make (Apptit, 2008 - 2012). For instance, apple juice

has become the most popular and common drink for a lot of people because of its lovely taste and useful contents. Apple cider vinegar has become a part of Lebanon, Syrian, and American food traditions. For example, in Syria the citizens use this A.C.V in most of their food such as semmaqeya and safarjaliya, which its considered the main meals in Aleppo, In these days cook programs try to involve apple in all of their meals to teach the people to do the same in their own meals.
In conclusion, apple provide us a numerous things; it help the body to grow fast, protect the body from sicknesses, and having diarrhea, also it keeps the body in nice shape, slim, and fit, and it has a positive emotionally effect in people, so by making apple our daily habit will keep us away from diseases and reduce going to hospital.
