Analysis: They can analysis their information on the basis of their post and set a measurement tool 100 to 60. If the result requirement is above (95to100) excellent performer on the other hand if the result requirement is above (94to85) Very good and blow 60 is poor performer. Implement: To implement this they can conduct a meeting and her they disclose all the information and notice and implement it. Evaluation: In the first period of time they evaluate every 6 month now it can change and convert in a 1 year. If the average is less than 60 no increment in the annual salary will be provided by the company. If average number is below 50, the contract agreement will not be renewed.

Review: After evaluate the performance the company identify their effective, efficient and low performer employees. For the Effective employees they provide the appraising letter, increment etc. To the Efficient employees they send them outside of the country to take training to become more efficient. They also give chance to the low performer employees to overcome their low performance. Feedback: In this company the supervisor or the managers are all time giving feedback to their subordinates. Sometimes the technical managers are help their employees practically that how to achieve the goal or how to solve the problem or how to run a machine.

Method: They use graphic rating scale.
