Give two common protocols for exercise tolerance test. Describe how are these done? What are the indications and absolute and relative contraindications of exercise tolerance test? 6. Give an example of a PRT program compartmentalizing into warm up phase, training phase and cool down phase. Discuss the relationship between evidence-based practice and clinical practice guidelines for rehabilitation of patients with chronic bronchitis. 18. What are the highest and lowest level of evidences for intervention, prognosis and diagnosis? Discuss why are they considered highest and lowest forms of evidences? 19. Explain the diagram below in relation to rehabilitative management of patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.

20. Given a 60 year-old, Filipino, hypertensive, chronic smoker, obese patient with engorged veins and pigmentation in the lower limbs who has been complaining of intermittent claudication, you want to know which orthopaedic footwear best suits this patient so he can avoid developing foot ulcer. Formulate a clinical question on intervention in PICO format. 21. Scientific evidences are found in search engines and databases.
