OVERVIEW
The business world today has never been more turbulent and uncertain and the ultimate measure of decision making in any context is and will be nancially inclined. Consequently in the new challenging business environment it is imperative that managers and professionals responsible for management and leadership of the companies, subsidiaries and divisions should be able to understand nancial jargon, use and understand the nancial information to engage in nancial discussions and take ownership for management and control of their respective organisations. A sound understanding of nance will enable them to interact with its key stakeholders both internally and externally with condence and contribute signicantly to not only the sustainability of the company but the strong development of the company in the recovery phase. This workshop is designed for non-nancial professionals who have reached positions of responsibility and need to enhance their knowledge of nance and nancial analysis to be able to see the integrated picture in a turbulent business environment or professionals who believe that they need to enhance business nance to reach the next level in the organisations. The program further enhances the participants critical thinking and appreciation of nancial statements and the strategic direction of the company. ABOUT YOUR TRAINER


Richard Jacob is the founder and Principal Consultant of RCJ Consulting Sdn Bhd. He was an American Management Association (AMA) Global Faculty Member and has delivered training programs in Tokyo, Manila, Singapore, Jakarta, Lahore, Karachi, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Saigon and Hanoi. He has an MBA from Craneld School of Management in the United Kingdom, which is a leading European Business School. He is an Accountant by training and was an Auditor in an international rm of Accountants for nine years. His strategic experience comes from being a Financial Manager, Company Secretary and Business Development Manager in a leading Swedish pharmaceutical company by the name of Astra Pharmaceutical. Since 1995, Richard has consulted and trained some 10,800 General Managers and executives in several companies in Asia in his core business competencies which are Fundamentals of Finance, Marketing, Leadership, Strategy and Change. In the area of Finance, Richard has conducted public programs extensively in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Manila, Beijing and Shanghai. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
