Purpose: To know the satisfaction level of the employees towards their job. Conclusion: Most of the employees are satisfied with their current job.

2. Do you know what is expected of you at work?

Purpose: It is used to know how much the employee is aware of his job. Conclusion: Almost all employees are aware of their job requirement.

3. Do you have the materials and equipment you need to do your work right?

Purpose: Purpose is to know, whether the employees are provided with correct equipments to carry out their job. Conclusion: Majority has correct equipments to do their work, but there is considerable number of employees who disagree with the statement.

4. Are you satisfied with your pay and benefits in your organization?

Purpose: Does employee is satisfied with his earnings and perks. Conclusion: The satisfaction level is high with the earnings.

5. My salary is fair for my responsibilities.

Purpose: Does employee is aware of the importance of the work he is doing, and the responsibilities it includes. Conclusion: Most of the employees know their responsibilities, significant number of them has some doubt in knowing their responsibilities.

6. At work, do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?

Purpose: purpose of this statement is whether employee is given chance to bring out his talent and does his talent is properly utilized by the organization. Conclusion: majority of employees has chance to show their talent and their talent is correctly utilized by the organization.

7. At work, do your opinions seem to count?

Purpose: Purpose of asking this question was to see that the thoughts of employees are given respect or not. Conclusion: The acceptance level is very high with this statement.

8. Is there someone at work who encourages your development?

Purpose: Does employee get moral support at his work place. Conclusion: Most employees accepts the statement, still large number of employees are contradicting with the statement.

9. Are your associates (fellow employees) committed to doing quality work?

Purpose: Purpose of this statement is to measure group dynamics and how they value groups. Conclusion: Almost three fourth employees shows good attitude towards group formation.

10. In the last year, have you had opportunities at work to learn and grow?

Purpose: The purpose to ask this question was to see that how many employees think, that there is an opportunity for growth and learning in their work. Conclusion: Around 70 percent of employees agree with the statement, but there is considerable disagreement also.

Purpose: Purpose of asking this question was to see that how many employees think that they are given equal opportunities to improve their skills. Conclusion: Most of the employees agree with this statement, but there are few employees who disagree and strongly disagree with this statement.

Purpose: Purpose of asking this question was to see that how much commitment is shown by the supervisor for the development of the employee. Conclusion: Majority of employees strongly agree with the statement. Few employees are unable to figure out their supervisors nature.

Purpose: To know whether employee is given chance to express his views in taking important decisions. Conclusion: Though more than half of the employees agree with the statement, nearly one fourth feel that their opinion didnt count in making decision.

Purpose: To know the view of employee, on training program of the organization. Conclusion: Most employees think that they are provided with enough training, but considerable number has no opinion in this statement.

Purpose: To know how well the employee is settled in his current position. Conclusion: Major number of employees accepts the statement, at the same time equal number of employees think that more time can be given to settle.

Purpose: Purpose is to know employee satisfaction with the promotion policy of the organization. Conclusion: Though the number of employees agrees this statement is high, but majority are unsatisfied with the organizations promotion policy.

Purpose: Does employees are aware of the organizations mission and their contribution towards achieving it. Conclusion: Almost all employees agree with the statement and know the importance of their job.

Purpose: To know the Visibility of organizations future plans and strategies. Conclusion: More number of employees knows the long-term strategy of the organization.

Purpose: To know the belief of employees about their senior management. Conclusion: Fair number of employees has belief in the top management, this is due to the lack of transparency in the organization.

21. I believe there is a spirit of cooperation.

Purpose: To evaluate the employees cooperation with his colleagues. Conclusion: Nearly three fourth has good cooperation with their colleagues.

Purpose: Purpose was to see that employees enjoy their work or not. Conclusion: Most employees are enjoying their work to some extent.
