Dear Sir: In line with developmental goals as well as furthering our aim to bring betterment to our beloved honorable organization, we critically and conscientiously considered to assess and evaluate the performance of our organization and determine the factors that may hinder if not block progress to the organizations operations in which through thorough deliberation, we concluded that the legal framework and the internal structure of the organization are the factors behind the organizations weakness to be efficient and sustainable which are both dependent to the current Constitution and By-laws in effect thus we formulated a Revision to the said Constitution that is strategic and logistic in nature pertaining to operation as well as providing specific and comprehensive promulgations to the members of the aforementioned organization. The Prime Movers Society as a whole voted upon the bodys approval of the revision and eventually revised its Constitution and By-Laws in accordance with Article IX of the PMS Constitution through means of participatory democracy and cooperation aiming for viable, sound, and broad-based development. The following are hereby attached to this letter: 1) The current Constitution and By-laws in effect; 2) The Revision of the Constitution and By-Laws; and 3) An Explanatory Note. Looking forward for a progressive and productive organization as well as collaboration!
