As of now we know that you are the part of Vendor Management so please tell us that is it day to day operations task along with implementing new programs or its like outsourcing strategies and governance. XXX Feedback How has been your experience with XXX on the delivery front. How do you see XXX scaling up to be a strategic partner for YYY-Insurance? XXX has been providing IT services across the globe in numerous ways, still do you see any area untouched where we can pitch in. What are the prime expectations from the IT vendors moving forward?

Is it improving efficiency, time-to-market*, cost savings, scalability, Innovation or anything more? In reaching this goal how do you think the current YYY IT vendors ...US...XXX...have been performing?
