Application for membership I wish to apply for yearly membership in accordance with the application details provided. Should I be accepted, I undertake to abide by the rules of the club for the time being, or as hereafter amended. I declare that I meet the criteria of legal drinking age and I agree to pay the yearly membership fee of INR 2 lacs (1 lac towards membership & 1 lac would be redeemable towards food & drinks.) inclusive of Taxes. Payment can be made by credit card or cheques made payable to FAFA Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. All applications for membership must be supported by an existing member of HYPE, known as a Proposer. The Proposer must send a letter of recommendation on behalf of the applicant to the Membership Board. Your membership will be approved at the discretion of the General Committee and Directors. Please telephone to confirm your membership has been accepted before visiting the club. If you wish to bring guests with you to the club, please ensure that they carry suitable proof of identity. This is a legal requirement and there are no exceptions. It is important that the signature on this application belongs to the membership applicant. We regret that applications not carrying a signature will not be accepted.

HYPE Membership Rules & Club Regulations

Admissions 1. Dress Code: Members and guests are expected to dress becomingly, to reflect the environment of HYPE. 2. Club will open from Wednesday to Saturday. Hours of operation are : 10pm till close.

continued 8. In order to aid efficiency of service, tables are only available for bottle service. Members are requested to settle all bills before leaving the club, including guests bills.

General 3. Members will be allowed admission with up to two couples complimentary on Thursday evenings and one couple on Friday & Saturday evenings, subject to availability. Additional guests may occasionally be accommodated on a guest list, however members must always call ahead to check availability and all groups must be mixed. 4. Membership does not necessarily guarantee admission. Once capacity is reached members may be admitted on a one in one out basis. Members would have access to both clubs in Mumbai & Delhi. 5. Management always reserves the right of admission: Management and security reserve the right to conduct random searches of members and their guests in accordance with Government guidelines. Member and their guests have the right to refuse a search; however, entry to the premises may be refused on this basis. If a search is refused whilst the member or guest is within the premises, the member and/or guests may be asked to leave the venue. Failure to comply with any request to leave the premises by management and/or security may result in membership being revoked. 9. Memberships are non transferable. If you are found to have lent your membership card to a non-member, your membership will be immediately revoked. 10. On occasion HYPE may be closed for members private functions. Wherever possible HYPE will try to inform members in advance. 11. The management cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property. 12. Members are solely responsible for the behaviour of their guests whilst on the club premises. We expect members and their guests to respect the interior decoration of the club and to treat all staff and other members with courtesy and good manners. 13. Drug abuse is strictly forbidden. Members found in possession of illegal substances may be handed over to the police; their goods confiscated and they may be banned from attending HYPE again. 14. HYPE reserves the right to revoke membership at any given time. Should membership be revoked, any subscription for the current year (which ends on the anniversary of the first date of membership) will not be refunded to the member and will be deemed income due to the club for that current year. 15. Any member wishing to resign their membership from the club may do so in writing to the membership secretary, prior to the anniversary of the first date of membership. In default of this, you will be liable for your subscription for the year commencing on that date.

Reservations and table bookings 6. Tables must be reserved well in advance and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. 7. Tables will be held for only fifteen minutes from the reservation booking time. If you are delayed please call ahead and we will endeavor to extend this.
