SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Reacted quickly and was able to control changing behaviors and attitudes of unfamiliar individuals in unfamiliar environments while teaching/ performing other tasks. Used clues found in body language, speech, and knowledge of an individuals history to better understand and help provide the best care to individuals who may not have had the ability to express their need or desires. Help customers find products and resources they can use to safely and comfortably peruse, and better enjoy their favorite outdoor activities by listening to their needs, concerns of customers. Comforted, reassured, and helped build the confidence of students, ages 4- 13, while teaching children, whose skill level ranged from no experience to traumatic experiences how to swim and water safety. Emphasized and worked to create/ instill the idea of teamwork and tolerance of others in classes. Created and led swim classes and helped train new employees to handle their own classes. Communicated with and counseled parents about their childs progress, interests, fear of the water, etc. Aided local health dept in making sure local facilities were

not selling tobacco products to underage children. Interviewed/ surveyed people from all around the United States.
