the Stenographer Grade C & D Examination, 2011 on 16.10.2011. The written result of the said examination was s declared on 21.11.2011. Out of 1984 candidates declared qualified for Skill Test for Stenographer Grade C, 735 candidates appeared in the Skill Test. Out of 28288 candidates declared qualified for Skill Test for Stenographer Grade D, 13257 candidates appeared in the Skill Test. 2. Total 63 candidates qualified in the skill test for Steno Grade C as per criteria fixed by the Commission (upto 5% mistakes for UR and upto 7% mistakes for all reserved category candidates). 3. Total 1092 candidates qualified in the Skill test for Steno Grade D as per criteria fixed by the Commission. (upto 7% mistakes for UR and upto 10% mistakes for all reserved categories). 4. For post of Steno Grade D 1 candidate whose candidature has been kept as Provisional by concerned Regional Offices is also included in the Select list. Concerned RDs/DDs will check the eligibility of such candidates thoroughly before their nomination.

-56. Allocation of posts/Departments in the Select List has been made as per merit cum option exercised by the candidates. Some candidates could not be allocated in Select List due to blank/invalid/selective or incomplete preferences exercised by them while vacancies have remained unfilled. These candidates were considered for allocation in Reserve List (RL). The break-up of the candidates being recommended for appointment in RL is given below :Steno Grade C 1 candidate (1 UR in AFHQ)

Steno Grade D (Gr. X) - 16 candidates (15 UR in OTHERS-F, 1 ST in CSS_B) Steno Grade D (Gr. Y) - 30 candidates (15 OBC, 15 SC) Candidates in RL will be enblock junior to the candidates in Select List. 7. The above said lists are purely provisional and subject to the candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed in the Notice of the said examination and also subject to, among other things thorough verification of their identity with reference to this photographs, signatures, handwritings, etc. on the application forms, admission certificates, etc. The candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by respective Regional Directors in case of the candidates found not fulfilling the eligibility conditions or for any other genuine reasons. 8. For candidates belonging to reserved categories for whom certain percentage of vacancies are reserved as per policy of the Government , the category status is indicated against their roll numbers. It is important to note that some of these candidates have been declared qualified only in the category mentioned against their roll numbers. If any candidate does not actually belong to the category mentioned against her name, she may not be eligible to be included in the list. It is, therefore, in the interest of candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Offices of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the categories against their Roll numbers. 9. Marks of all the candidates alongwith options verified by the regional offices and scanned information from OMR answer sheets will be placed on the website shortly.
