SYNOPSIS

CONCEPT OF THE PROJECT: Project Report includes Recruitment Process. Recruitment is the process of finding and attracting capable applications for employment. Recruitment is understood as the process of searching for and obtaining for jobs, from among whom the right people can be selected. The procedure has been established to assure equal opportunity and impartial review of all applicants for non- academic and administrative positions. In this project, to explain more about recruitment process so there is an explanation of recruitment process of HCL and it is compared with the other companies recruitment process as to get more clear about recruitment and its process. INTRODUCTION OF HCL:

HCL is a leading global Technology and IT Enterprise, which was formed in


1896, and it has a annual revenues of US$ 5.9 billion. The HCL Enterprise comprises two companies listed in India, HCL Technologies.It includes:
CHAIRMAN: Its current chairman is Mr. Shiv Nadar, Chairman of HCL Infosystem Limited. Shiv Nadar took HCL Technologies public in 1999. PARTNERSHIP: It has a partnership with leading companies such as Nokia, Toshiba, Intel, Microsoft etc. AWARDS: It has achieved many prestigious awards from such as Economic Times, CNBC Awaz etc.

Secondly, Recruitment process of HCL Difference with other companies:


In this project we have compared the recruitment process of HCL INFO SYSTEM LTD. with MID DAY, INTERCONTINENTAL- THE GRAND GROUP, RAYCHEM RPG GROUP LTD etc.

RESEARCH WORK: In this section, give brief, but sufficient details regarding (a) the research problem(s) (b) The solution methodologies adopted and brief details of simulation studies and It also provides interpretation of the results. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Each and every study is carried with some predetermined objectives. The purpose of carrying the study has the following objectives:
The objective help us to focus on the research project i.e. recruitment process To know about the concept, objectives of recruitment process. To know about the recruitment procedure of HCL. To know about employees perception and satisfaction regarding recruitment process. To compare the recruitment process of 4 companies with HCL.

QUESTIONNAIRE: In this project we have also prepared a Questionnaire related to the recruitment process of the HCL info system ltd. Recommendation: In this project we have provided recommendation related to the recruitment process of HCL INFO SYSTEM LTD. Recommendations are related as to how to improve their recruitment process and to make more efficient. Some of recommendations are:
Company should adopt pure and fair recruitment process to recruit the potential candidate. Company used external sources along internal sources (promotion) so that they make the most of their effort to achieve the goal of the company.

CONCLUSION:
Highlight major (and not all) conclusions. Clearly bring out not only advantages arising out of the work to be presented in the thesis but also give limitations of the work. If there are no conclusions to be drawn, then enumerate the contributions of the work and change the title of this section to Summary of the work. If you follow meticulously all then instructions given herein you will realize a good synopsis.
