This is the content of my fancy-looking book; digitized.

Please keep in mind; I left out all of the events that were possibly fake and attempted to update the information without changing the main subject of my entries. This is NOT a work of fiction. I will also add this; I discuss my spirituality in this book. The practice of psionics does not require that you follow any particular spiritual path. Psionics, spirituality, and the occult are advanced sciences. Proving the existence of psychic phenomena is up to the parapsychologists. Performing psychic phenomena is up to the psions.

Glossary
Ki energy: the unseen life force in your body and everywhere. It is a universal energy that penetrates everywhere uniting all the manifestations of the universe, visible or invisible. Mostly in Japan it is referred to as "Ki" , China it is referred to as "Chi" or "Qi" and in Sanskrit it is known as "Prana". When cultivated, it can be used for healing, breaking or self defense purposes. The healing arts include Acupuncture, Shiatsu massage (acupressure), Reiki and Chi Kung. These arts work with the Ki energy meridians throughout the body to clear stagnant or negative energy in the meridians or through special breathing and other exercises to cultivate Ki. In the same token, with regards to self defense - one may use these same points to restrain, knockout or kill (Dim Mak) an opponent. .When utilizing your Ki for effective striking or breaking in the Martial arts, it must first be cultivated, then exercised so that the mind and body become one. All true strength is a product of KI rather then muscle. A Martial Artist who has learned this is able to calm his mind, lower his center of gravity and strike out with the power of many men. While an opponent only using muscle power strikes out aimlessly and ineffectively.

What is ki energy?
Ive heard many definitions. The best one Ive heard described ki like this: Ki is a type of [external] energy all around us. It exists everywhere. Its what gives people the power to actuate things. You see ki a LOT in the Anime show called Dragon Ball Z. We can do almost all they can (on the etheric and astral levels of existence) . If youve ever felt tired and/or dizzy, and seen little color twinkles coming towards you (not the normal ones), that is ki. You see this because: Youre tired and using peripheral vision Youre very weak and drawing it in Youre using auric vision

More on Ki energy
Ki is the bodys natural [external] energy. It can be used in destructive waves, to heal beings, form shields, augment strength, etc. A being that can use ki [consciously] can make its aura visible with enough practice. Ki [energy, as well as psi energy] is thought by modern science to be an extension of plasma never seen before. Ki generates light and thermal energy. This manifestation of energy causes a rare reaction and generates plasma. It can move super- or sub-sonic depending on the users intent and can impact like a solid. Its treated as a solid most of the time, too. Ki is also very stable compared to psi energy. [It can potentially harm the astral, etheric, and physical bodies.] Ki can be thrown, bounced around, even caught! Ki can take shapes mostly what the user intends it to form. In its normal form, ki energy CANNOT and WILL NOT In internal alchemy, ki is the intermediate energy in relation to shen and jing energy.

Mana Energy
Mana is the name of an energy that is like ki. It appears to form when ki dissipates into the atmosphere. Put simply, it is free-floating life energy, a.k.a. ki / chi / qi energy. This is also the energy of the elements. Mana is very unstable compared to many types of subtle energies. Im sure youve seen the term mana in some popular role-playing games, in which it refers to a magickal energy force.
