POLICY ON COURSE OVERRIDES IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! FALL 2012 ADVANCE REGISTRATION BEGINS APRIL 2 ADVISING COULD BEGIN AS EARLY AS MARCH 12! MCEE will not accept official or unofficial copies of transcripts from other institutions, nor copies of current enrollment. This information must be officially posted by the OU Office of Admissions. No overrides will be given for outstanding prerequisites due to enrollment at another institution. Do you have outstanding transfer work from another institution? Are you concurrently enrolled at another institution?

If you answer YES to either of these questions, you are REQUIRED to submit an official transcript with final grades and/or proof of enrollment for the current or upcoming term. Once each semesters outstanding work is completed, you are then required to submit an official transcript with your final grades to the OU Office of Admissions, Buchanan Hall, Rm. 127. Important! Submit this information to the OU Office of Admissions immediately following registration and final posting of grades at the transferring institution. Allow the OU Office of Admissions adequate time to post before the upcoming registration period.
