Important Notes for Fall 2011 Semester

All sections of Chem 105 will have their final exam on Tuesday 20 December from 02:30-04:30 pm All sections of Semr will have their final exam on Saturday 17 December from 02:30-04:30 pm All sections of Mact 131 & 303 will have their final exam on Sunday 18 December from 02:30-04:30 pm All sections of Mact 100, 231 & 317 will have their final exam on Wednesday 21 December from 08:30-10:30 am All sections of Mact 132 & 233 will have their final exam on Wednesday 21 December from 11:30-01:30 pm All sections of Mact 112 will have their final exam on Wednesday 21 December from 02:30-04:30 pm

Guidelines for the Final Examination Schedule

The examination for each course is scheduled according to its meeting time during the semester. Make sure that only one course of your courses is scheduled for each examination period. Examinations are to be conducted in the same classroom used throughout the semester unless otherwise announced by the instructor. Keep in mind that if you choose two or more courses with final examinations scheduled for the same day or the same hour, no special arrangements can be made to reschedule any of these exams. Laboratory sessions will not meet during the final examination period. Laboratory examinations are held prior to the final examination week.
Final examinations for Graduate courses are to be conducted during the examination period: 16-21 December 2011 for Fall 2011 Semester The instructor of the course will schedule the exam day and time, the Office of the University Registrar (2433) or email Hala_M@aucegypt.edu will assign classrooms for examinations upon the instructors request.
