Job Description
Location and analysis of electrical faults. Testing of different equipments. ( Electrical motors, transformers) Worked on simulator, designed for running generator of capacity 660 MW based on supercritical technology. Worked on SCADA system designed for power evacuation via transmission lines from generating station to national grid. Was responsible for maintaining smooth operation of power transmission and generation by doing timely analysis of contingencies that have

previously occurred so that they can be avoided in near future. Prevented shut down of plant, by identifying a major fault in station transformer and received appreciation for that.

Job Description
Working on a global project to identify the shortcomings in the services currently catered, through direct interactions with the customer and get the first hand information about the class/quality of the services offered, which helps in the enhancement of the quality and type of service which has to be catered to particular customer segments, thus improving the business opportunity and customer relations through services. Research is done by Data acquisistion from multi-hierarchy of customer organization for strategic & operational overview & cross validation. Qualitative & Quantitative analysis of ABB services for low voltage products based on data collected by the customer survey. Identify Market segments with attractive growth opportunities. Working on 11 segments: Oil & Gas, Utilities, Water, Solar, wind, Critical Power, Building infrastructure, Sugar, Metals, Mineral & Mining, Wind. Have to provide segment wise objective analysis, Our Value Proposition v/s competition, Customer perspective of needs, Customer purchase behavior. Gap Analysis is done based on customer pain areas. Did analysis based on the data collected from 150 customers from all industry segments throughout India through face to face interaction. Prepared presentations for multilevel hierarchy. Providing recommendations for expanding the business in India & abroad. Prepared a business model. Providing output in a suitable format to define future R&D.
