Important Information
Transport Buses will depart from Darling Drive behind the UTS Haymarket Campus. Please see the map below to find your way there. Darling Drive is a short 5-minute walk from Central Station. Please ensure that you arrive at 7:00am sharp to not miss the bus.
This coach will bring us from the conference site back to UTS Haymarket Campus on Sunday afternoon estimated time of arrival to UTS campus is 6:30pm. If you have any questions regarding transportation and logistics, or you will be arriving late to conference or leaving early, please contact Tina Tran (043 589 8597) beforehand. Late Arrivals If you have paid to attend the conference but cannot arrive on time, please contact the OC (nswstatecon2012@gmail.com) to let us know if you have not already done so. We will assist you with transport to the conference site to the best of our ability. Personal Safety and Liability Please remember to look after yourself and others at the conference site. We will be in the bush area so make sure you are always wearing shoes. Alcohol will be served at parties, so please drink responsibly. The conference team will be following the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. Delegates will be held personally liable for any damage done to the conference site. Please respect the site, look after it, and clean after yourselves. Delegate Fee The delegate fee is to be paid to your LC by Wednesday 3rd of April 2012. This includes accommodation, all meals at the conference site, transportation to and from the conference site and alcohol at parties. Meals All meals are included in the delegate fee. However, please ensure that you bring snacks for when you have the munchies! Laptops and USBs Acting sustainably is one of AIESECs six core values. In order conference, we would like to minimise our printing cost and carbon urge you to bring your laptop and USB to the conference as you will sessions. Day 1 is all about rediscovering AIESEC. Throughout your current AIESEC experience, you would have already gained a lot of perspective for this organisation.
