The Process of making the profile starts in the form of powder mixed and balanced homogeneously with all necessary additives for high impact UV to form a compound that meets all the required properties. The Compound is then fed in molten form into mould designed accordingly to the different sizes and specification or profiles. Made of imported first class multi-chamber uPVC profiles Reinforced by galvanized steel (Totally encapsulated in the chamber) Profile suited for double glazing or single glass Uses imported high quality and durable hinges and multi-locking mechanisms Profile warranty for 10 years and 1 year for metal parts
