The contributions and sacrifices of course can not reciprocated, especially the contributions of the teachers that guide us toward excellence in this world and the hereafter. Thus, on 16 May each year, people celebrated teachers in the teachers' day celebration to honor and remember their services to educate children of the nation become useful. Indeed, teachers are noble people because they have been entrusted to convey knowledge and mentarbiah society. Saying of the Prophet narrated by Anas bin Malik olej: Meaning: "Verily, the likeness of those who are knowledgeable on this earth as the stars in the sky as a guide and light in the darkness whether on land or at sea, when it was feared buried or lost will be lost direction". Biography of the Prophet also shows us that while a teacher, he's also a student who is receiving education and care of God, and therefore the teacher is an educator and at the same time teachers are also students who constantly strive to improve knowledge in line with current developments. Culture of lifelong pursuit of knowledge should be appreciated by every teacher and all walks of life. CONFERENCE IN honored Friday, National aspirations in the field of education is to build a prosperous society, and received the blessing of harmony and pleasure of Allah swt And to achieve this, the claims to knowledge in the form of Fardhu Ain and Fardhu kifayah is very useful. It should be integrated so that the progress to be achieved to meet the demands of the world's prosperity and in the hereafter. Separate practice-oriented education Fardhu Ain and Fardhu kifayah build a society which once crippled Human capital development effort to fail gloriously. Allah says in Surah Ali-Imran, verse 18 which reads as follows:

SESSION Friday in Islam, As a member of our community should feel compelled to go along with senior teachers hope for the success of the country to create a generation of firstclass talent with a heart "Ulul Albab." Duties to educate and address the social problems should be done jointly between parents, communities and teachers in the words of saying "LIGHT WEIGHT SAME SAME DIJINJING shouldered." as it is the word of God which says:

Meaning: .. and you must help one another to make welfare (benefits) and fear, and do not help one another in sin (disobedience) and unauthorized access.And fear Allah, verily Allah is severe in punishment excrutiating (for anyone who violates his order ". (Surah al-Maidah: 2) Parents and society should be together and work together in a considerably families, communities and environment of the school. Besides, parents also need to create a learning environment at home and environment by giving serious attention to the daily lives of children. Parents also should be aware of things that can damage the value and identity of the children as smoking habits, like to waste time, like extreme entertainment, lighting of the drug, the

practice of free association and so on. We all know that good character was central to building a first class human capital. Remember the message Saiyidina Ali Karramah Allahu Wajhah:

Meaning: It is not beauty that adorn ourselves and indeed the beauty of the clothes = adorn themselves with the knowledge and manners. It is not an orphan is a person who is truly his father's death = true orphans in the absence of knowledge and manners. SESSION Friday exalted, Good relations between the parents and the school is very important that efforts to nurture and educate children and running properly. Association of parents and teachers should play an important role to build excellence in our children. Parents and communities also need a strong and continuing with the schools so that every concerns raised by the children can be resolved by goodwill. The negative view is based on teachers must be rejected, and at the same time teachers should also mutually self-evaluation not to be like the Malay proverb"a drop of indigo FOR DAMAGED MILK SEBELANGA" Parents also should be earnest and willing to sacrifice wealth and power to achieve excellence in their children. This is consistent with what is asserted by Imam Al-Shafi'i that knowledge can not be achieved except with the six principles of intelligence, persistence, PROGRESS, EXPENSES ENOUGH, TEACHERS AND ALWAYS MENDAPINGI long. SESSION Friday exalted, If we manage to educate children to be people who are knowledgeable people, then surely we can see and create the country's leaders face in the future. As a thinker and poet of Egypt, Ahmad Syauki never recite: Meaning: "Verily, a strong and powerful nation because of his conduct, if it so depraved nation will be lost and missing" Then, coinciding with the annual youth day also celebrated in May each year. Roles and responsibilities of youth to produce human capital development as the contribution of ideas and energy towards building a nation and people respected and feared in the world arena. This was demonstrated by our youth who have been successful down in history as the youngest of youth emerged as a successful Asian country to fall at the North Pole in the middle of last April and we are very proud of all
