A big contribution and hard worked from both of you during the five days trip of Agra are very great indeed. All the activities during the program would be nothing without the enthusiasm and imagination from both of you. Besides, this internship program makes us realized the value of working together as a team and as a new experience in working environment, which challenges us every minute. AIESEC AHMEDABAD: AIESEC Ahmedabad was established in 1983 in IIM Ahmedabad, India. Since then AIESEC Ahmedabad has been working for activating Global Leadership in the city. AIESEC Ahmedabad at present has a membership base of 50 high potential youth as members from different colleges of the city. The Local committee works on all sectors like the Development Sector, Corporate Sector, Student Sector, Talent Management, Communications, Finance and External Relations to give its members and stakeholders a very diverse AIESEC Experience. We believe in Activating Youth Empowerment and Global Leadership.

AIESEC Ahmedabad in 2007 successfully worked on many events and projects like ZUBAAN, GLOBAL VILLAGE, NISARG, EUREKA, AKSHAR and an ALUMNI and STAKEHOLDERS GATHERING. In this year we have planned to do many more innovative youth centric events and projects for impacting the society and building a place for our Global Brand in the Local Environment.

In conclusion, there were many things that we have experience and learned during the four days of our March National Conference hosted by AIESEC Lucknow at Agra. The whole MNC period with AIESECers from all over India was very interesting, instructive and challenging. Through this MNC we were able to gain new insights and more comprehensive understanding about the real industry working condition and practice. The four days conference also has provided me the opportunities to develop and improve our soft and functional skills. All of this valuable experience and knowledge that I have gained were not only acquired through the direct involvement in task given but also through other aspect of the training such as work observation, interaction with colleagues, superior, and others third party related to the company. From what we have undergone, we are hundred percent agree that the MNC program have achieve its entire primary objective. Its also the best ways to prepare student in facing the real working life. As a result of the program now we are more confident to enter the employment world and build our future career.
