0 INTRODUCTION

The cost of a buliding is influenced by many factors,for example, cost of window,wall area,roof and etc. Saving the cost through a reduction in quality or standard does not necessarily improve economically. Desing factors such as shape, size , number of storey and thre total height , af the building affect the total cost of the buliding .So, different designs will affect costs differently. Meaning building morphology is a Scientific study of the form & structure of a building. Bungolow in Petaling Jaya as our case study. This Bungolow erected to Mayor of Petaling Jaya . This building located in No 12 Jalan Tinggi 6 / 12 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. This bungolow area site 1234.11 m2, while this building's spaciou sness was 486.54 m2. This Bungolow have dining, kolam space swimming,working area, wet kitchen, family area, surau men, surau woman, dry kitchen and etc. Petaling Jaya Client in this project is Municipal Council. The period ofproject is two years.

CLIENT REQUIREMENT

3.1 TIME

Normally private building clients are generally in hurry for their completed projects.Designing a scheme could a take long period of time but once the decision to build is made then it becomes utmost urgency.Project design will influence the methods adopted by the contractor for construction, which in turn influence contract period. To improve time performance, may needs to consider alternative methods of contracting. The period of time that taken to complete this building in this two-year . The bungolow stat the construct in may 04 2011.At the may 15 2009 arketik had submitted drawing to contractors.
3.2 COST

Before clients commit them selves to the detailed desing of projects,information on expected price is usually required. In case of urgency, cost may be less important, but this could not easilybe ignored. A budget price is generally required, and the figure will be kept in theclient's memory.Final account should not exceed excessively the budget price .Not with standing, initial values is not solely the method to measure cost, but rather on the basis of a life cycle cost analysis as well. The total cost this project are RM 1303543.05 . The total cost most importent because can save the client money and the money can does the any job. For this project client budget RM 2 million

Performance Architect to produce basic plan concept in an efficient manner that

meet clients requirement. Architect drow the drawing with the client requirement .Normally architect take the time for done this project. Normally work done on site must be able to protect clients inexperience nature depent for architectural and engineering aspect. This is improntent because cannot effet the other usrrouding at the area. Quality of finished work , sub-structure will be measured against the specifications. The specifications must be adequately spell out at the initial stage. Specifications can states the tender document. If other that inadequate design & detailing are contributor of poor performance. Clients is satisfied if completed building meets his needs and requirements in term of spatial design & structures function.Due allowance are made for future maintenance requirements once the building is in use.

CONCLUSION
As a conclusion from the studies that has been done, we have gains lot of knowledgement of the task we were given. Many area is house can be justify. Furthermore, we also knows the Building Morphology The cost of this project is suitable and reduce cost for this client. This project can validation for building before the time of period. This project much be suitable for Datuk Bandar because the bungolow very big and wide. All the calculasion this project economical because have simple plan shape. After that, the building environment . construct follow the clients needs but it is depends on
