How you get the position? # First of all I joined in a company as a trainee. After 1 year I was promoted as an executive. In that time I achieved the MBA degree major in marketing to build up my career successfully in marketing. I am successful to achieve my goal and now my position is a senior executive Marketing. I am honest, hard working and does my assign job in right time. This is the key of my success.

How you get the position? At the time of my study in UK I worked in different financial company as finance officer for achieving the practical knowledge of finance. After successfully completed my ACCA, returned in my country Bangladesh. After that I have got an opportunity to join in Cotton Group as Junior Vice-president. To reach this place is so hard without perseverance and honesty. I have done very hard work in my student life, in this result I get this position.

After that I took admission in IPM and after two years I successfully completed the diploma from IPM to get a good knowledge in HRM. About 4 year ago I joined in Cotton Group as a assistant manager and after two years I was promoted as a HR manager.
