Windows 7 Shortcuts
Win = Open the Start menu. Win + B = Show hidden icons of system tray. Win + D = Show Desktop, press it again to return to previous state. Win + E = Open Windows Explorer. Win + F = Opens the search window. Win + G = Show Sidebar gadget and allows us to move them. Win + L = Locks the computer. Win + M = Minimize all windows. Win + Shift + M = Restore the window to its previous state. Win + P = Extends the screen. Win + R = Open Run. Win + T = Takes you to the Start bar, and goes through the items on the bar. Win + U = Open the Access Center. Win + X = Open the Mobility Center (laptops). Win + (+ / -) = zoom Increase / Decrease zoom (magnifying glass). Win + F1 = Help and Support. Win + Break = System Information. Win + Tab = Switch windows in Flip 3D, which we will move between open windows viewing a preview of each. Win + number (1-9) = The number 1 indicates that executed the first icon on our home bar, should be

executed and we switch to that program. Win + Shift + number (1-9) = The number 1 indicates that executed the first icon on ourhome bar, should be executed and we started a new instance. Win + Ctrl + number (1-9) = Switch between open windows, where each number indicates which icon belongs to our start bar. Win + Alt + number (1-9) = Display the list of jumps (Jump List) for the chosen application with the number you indicate. Win + Space = Trasparenta all windows and shows the desktop. Win + Esc + arrows = Move around the bar. Win + Left Arrow = Move the active window (left, right and center). Win + Right Arrow = Move the active window (left, right and center). Win + Up Arrow = Maximize window. Win + Down Arrow = Minimizes the window. Shif + Win + Up Arrow = Sets the window vertically (maximize). Shif + Win + Down Arrow = Sets the window vertically (retrieves the size).
