Unable to Fill problems: The first things you can do is manually transfer and fill, now check the

empty level on the screen, if it stills reads empty it is not a fill sensor problem. Unless the empty level is incorrectly set. These are most of the possible causes and some the solutions as some solutions will be self-evident by the nature of the cause. A transfer cycle should be visually watched at the extraction panel for proper operation; when you do this check to make sure the manual valve to the extraction panel is opened. *You can check the transfer sequence by transferring and watching the supply pressure gauge to the clean out nitrogen. If the pressure doesnt drop off, then the inlet line is plugged or the EE valve is not opening. Some systems have check valves located after the actuator output line. Typically the supply pressure is about 90 psi and the pressure will drop off 10 psi or more. * Do a manual fill and make sure that valve is actually opening be sure to observe the valve stem operation. *When the upper ball valve opens the reduced flow should drop to about 20-30 scfh in order to let the product drop into the measurement area. This is located inside of the Magmodule on the left rear wall. Unable to Heat or Heats too Fast: This happens when the product cannot heat to a predetermined temperature in a certain time frame or if it cannot achieve a predetermined temperature. This problem maybe not the actual problem if there is not enough sample then you may get a unable to heat time out or sample too hot. These are some of the most common causes of heating problems in the heating chamber. *First check the controller temperature indication on the controller, if it reads lower than the setpoint the temperature circuit maybe tripped. You can flip the switch back to the On position. This controller is labeled N2 and is located in the right rear corner inside of the Magmodule. You will to open the door to this box., that houses the N2 controller. The product could have change so much it is harder to heat or heats too fast. If the temperature of process has changed it will effect how fast the product heats. You will have to check the process for changes. If this is the case contact Oxford. Unable to Empty: This occurs when the probe senses there is still product in the probe. This usually is a true condition, and it needs to resolved. First, you should do several manual empties to see if the problem goes away. If it does not alleviate the problem here are some possible causes and solutions. The lower ball valve\actuator could be the source. Make sure the lower ball valve is actually opening. Make sure the stem on the valve is actually turning. You can also do two manual transfers, then a empty to see if this clears the problem. Also make the discharge line is not plugged visually. Magnet Temperature errors: The magnet temperature could be outside of its limits or not reading at all. These are some of the likely causes of the magnet temperature errors. If the air conditioner\heater were bad, this could cause the magnet temperature to read incorrectly. Check to make sure that the system information screen that the magnet fan is okay, then check to see if the air conditioner\heater is working inside the Magmodule. Sample Temperature problem: If the sample temperature changes out of its norm, this will effect the density and MI readings. These are a few possible causes. The air curtain temperature has changed. There could be a leak or the flow rate has somehow been changed. First make the A/C unit inside the Magmodule. Then make sure that the temperature cut-out

Is not tripped. The switch is located in the Air Heater box which is attached to the box. If it is Tripped then just turn it back on.
