Community Room Reservation Agreement

I accept and agree to be responsible for the condition of the facility after I have used it on above date and to leave facility in the same clean condition in which I found it. I further agree to be wholly responsible for the actions of all my guests and to reimburse The Huntington Apartments, for any repair, replacement, and/or cleaning necessitated by negligence and/or willful acts of my guests or myself. I understand that the community room is a No Smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed outside the building, 25ft away from the building per state laws. Further, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor, its Principals, Agents and Employees from and against all liabilities and expenses including without limitation attorneys fees related to any loss or damage arising from the above identified event. I understand and agree to the following: 1. Responsible party must be present at all times that Clubhouse is occupied by guests. Clubhouse will not be rented out to any non-permanent residents at The Huntington. 2. Clean up must be completed by the time the office opens for business. The Huntington Apartments will supply cleaning supplies including, but not limited to: mop, vacuum, glass cleaner, paper towels, and various disinfecting items (found in cupboards and closet). If further cleaning is required due to residents negligence, a minimum of $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the responsible party . 3. The Huntingtons office signs are NOT to be removed or taken down at any time. 4. Clubhouse furniture and decorations are NOT to be removed or rearranged. If any single one of these items are not in their original location when office re-opens there will be a $10 rearranging fee charged to the responsible party. 5. The remote control and the TV is available for use. The resident is responsible for any damaged, non-working or missing items after the event. 6. Resident may bring their own stereo, DVD player, and other entertainment equipment and set up at their own will and discretion. 7. No barbequing and/or grilling are allowed in the community room. 8. No live bands are permitted at the Huntington Apartments community room. 9. All other community rules apply while using the community room. 10. Responsible party will receive a bill within 7 days with any additional charges if necessary and those charges must be paid within 14 days of clubhouse reservation. I hereby pay $15.00 as a reservation fee to be cashed immediately. In the event that any of the above listed items are not upheld I agree to pay for additional fees listed above and/or damage charges.
