The Air Pincette, incorporating a Vacuum Pad and Vacuum Generator in the pen-shaped body, serves well in the assembly operation of small parts. VTB with a built-in valve features low noise and enagy saving by flowing air only during service.

! Caution Do not operate the push-button of the Air Pincette with valve by the machine. Such an operation may damage the button. The filter element can be replaced by removing the ejector (VTA type) or the pad holder (VTB type). Carry out periodic maintenance and checks, or clogging may lower the performance. Note that the silencer element of the Air Pincette with valve can not be replaced. Use a coiling tube for piping to the Air Pincette to minimize the load on the joint.

How to use

Push button

Send compressed air of 0.5MPa(72.5psi) to the air pincette. Close the side hole (the push button) with your finger to hold the work under suction. And open the side hole (the push button) to release the work.
