I, MARK LINDQUIST, Prosecuting Attorney for Pierce County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Washington, do accuse ELLIOTT DROSHUN GOODIN of the crime of MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE, committed as follows: That ELLIOTT DROSHUN GOODIN, in the State of Washington, on or about the 20th day of April, 2012, did unlawfully and feloniously, with intent to cause the death of another person, cause the death of Paul Montesfusco, a human being, on or about the 20th day of April, 2012, contrary to RCW 9A.32.050(1)(a), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington. COUNT II And I, MARK LINDQUIST, Prosecuting Attorney for Pierce County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Washington, do accuse ELLIOTT DROSHUN GOODIN of the crime of MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE, a crime of the same or similar character, and/or a crime based on the same conduct or on a series of acts connected together or constituting parts of a single scheme or plan, and/or so closely connected in respect to time, place and occasion that it would be difficult to separate proof of one charge from proof of the others, committed as follows: That ELLIOTT DROSHUN GOODIN, in the State of Washington, on or about the 20th day of April, 2012, did unlawfully and feloniously, while committing or attempting to commit the crime of assault in the second degree, and in the course of and in furtherance of said crime or in immediate flight INFORMATION- 1
