The organization should hired experienced guards and issued them well and licensed armed. Each guard should check peoples on entrance as well as on leaving. it should be returned.

The guards should take Student ID from people who are entering to the Organization and on leaving It will also reduce the theft problem if problems are also checked on leaving.
