Methodology:Data of this report collected from secondary data, example library books, journals, articles, standard website and news. And some data from lectures notes. i done in event and some practical experiences is primary data. Introduction:In today world every organisation going multinational due to globalisation, the role of leaders is most important in globalization market. In organisation, leaders handle, perform, and give right direction to the teams & employee, according to organisation goals & objectives. In this report, I am going discuss how leader deal, guide, cooperate to the teams and employees? And stages of teams growth. Definition & leadership:Leadership is big topic and we say about its definition, in many books of academic sections there are thirty five thousands definition according to DURBIN. Leadership is an influence relationship among leaders and followers who intend real changes and outcomes that reflect their shared purposes. Leadership is a power to make connection in between the leaders and teams member or employees, who make better outcomes according to their goals and objectives. In this definition power means the connection between teams member is not inactive; still, also natural. Impression is that the power is in much direction and no coercive. In North USA, according crucial culture is easy to think about leadership as leader has something to an admirer; on the other hand leadership is mutual. In many companies, superiors have power on subordinates; and in some company subordinates have power on superiors also. The persons are complicated they want some independent changes; leadership contain existence changes not to continue the position. The leaders dont cut changes and sought but the outcomes and objectives & goals for the leaders and admirer distribute. Leaders and admirer want changes on their outcomes and goals and objectives, both of them want to distribute the objectives & goals that motivate them to their best final outcomes. And most important feature of leadership is to manipulate teams to come on one platform for common goal, objective & vision to achieve. Thats way leadership include the power of persons to convey regarding make different in direction of attractive outcomes.

And also we can say in simple way leadership is a persons actions and is different from managerial work (e.g. paper work) or scheduling activities. Leadership take place in between the persons; its not like somewhat ended to persons. Because leadership include persons, there must be admirer. If any person have own skills, expertise and excellence in his/her filed; like scientist, musician etc... May be he/she is leader of according to their expertise in his/she filed. But its not a leader according to the definition in this Assignment, except admirers are included. Admirer most important part of leadership is development & some time leaders are admirers. Best leaders are now how to chase and this type of leader becomes a best example for others. Every leaders and admirers are gathering to make better outcomes according to their objectives, each member take responsibility to get best outcomes for future objectives. Leadership and the business of living:Lets, think who is or we considered as leader in our life a parents, political leader, coach, supervisor etc... Or we considered our self as a leader or we think become one leader in future. If we went to be a leader in future, first we need to stop comparing leadership with importance & public visibility then its very easy to see our opportunity as a leader. For Leadership and be familiar with the leadership of public, we work together through our everyday life. Leaders come from different ways of angle, shapes and sizes and may best & perfect leaders are operational following the scenes. Whenever leadership start is often starts from small and gives full-size out comes. Many years ago, in Argentinean agriculture village people stormed the area police station because the police officer refused to find missing child, and later on village people found the child. Then government decided to appoint new staff in police department and appoint new officer, according to village people choice. The villager not come with any leader from village people, no one come forward to take leader title. And no one come and gives any specifically proposal that provide leadership. In 1990, Rosanne Haggerty found Common Ground Community in New York City in America to crack the home lessens problem. She has narrow experiences, although she thought her idea and locate regarding to make it an actuality. Then she starts working on her idea and makes partnership with big well-known corporation in world like JPMorgan. Co & Clorox to buy Times Square Hotel and do some renovation it and make six hundred fifty two housing with good facility. Now a days one hundred seventy workers working her company and in New York there are total houses is one thousand and two hundred. In our life there are many occasions for leadership, all around daily activity is occupy power & modify towards our objectives, goals and make better final outcomes in future. Like relatives, neighbourhood and our business organization would fall apart. We want to start from today and become a practical leader in own life. We can act on leadership everyday in our daily routine and try to think on leader title or think for spot in company. New actuality for todays Organizations:Now a days world moving very fast and in organization is shifting quickly, through globalization, technology, telecommuting, Internet & E-business, practical teams and outsourcing. In every filed organization in every part of world have impact of this thinks, now a days they are using different tactics and start working with latest ways. And now days many leaders facing problems towards their objectives and handle their worker & motivated worker to their final goal and outcomes, because of financial uncertainty, insecurity associated with war and terrorism. They want strong leaders who guide them, how to come out from uncertainty and insecurity and start changes quickly & clear all confusion from their minds. A number of great scholars consider that world is undergoing a conversion extra thoughtful and faraway getting than some experienced get from first light of modern age and industrial revolution is occur before years ago. Fast changes Of environmental are reasons of primary alter that make impressive impact on organization and its become a challenges for leaders. This transition is taken according New Paradigm. Paradigm is shared mind set, it symbolize a primary way of thinking and understanding the world. Now a days also some leaders are follow Old Paradigm mid set and successful leaders of 21st century they follow new actuality.

Theories of leadership:Contingency Approach, contingency means that any things depend on another thing is known as contingency. Contingency may be effective for leaders and is should fit according to the behaviour of leader & work off style and looking the atmosphere of situation. The style of leadership may be work one place or it may be not work on another place. For leadership approach there is no one best. In simple word contingency means it depends. The key of contingency is known as scenery of admirers as well, thats why the requirements, adulthood, & cohesiveness of admirers create a major diversity for the supreme style of leadership. Contingency approaches get to describe features of place and admirers and scan the styles of leadership may be is worn effectively. Lets, assume that the leader can do proper way identify place & collect easy and perfect perform according to best style, than get perfect result with best outcomes. The two main leadership behaviours they can make familiar to speak to different contingencies; 1) task behaviour and 2) relationship behaviour. Leader can get used to there on style may be high or low on both task and relation behaviour. The high task behaviour involves scheduling, temporary activities, helpful tasks, objectives, and position opportunity, and observing process and performance. Providing best support & respect, developing admirers talent & self-belief and confer with and empowering admirers while making final conclusion & crack the problems; this all things provide by high relationship behaviours.
Fiedlers Contingency Model:-

Fiedler and his company made, the efforts link with leadership style with organizational situation. The main idea is very simple, looking the situation match the leader style for the success of leadership. The model is designed for allow leaders to analyse both leadership style and organizational situation.
Leadership style:-

The cornerstone of Fiedlers theory is the level to which the leaders style is relationship oriented or task oriented. A relationship oriented leader is concerned with people. Leader set up common hope and admiration, & understands to their workers wants; is known as relationship oriented. Primarily encouraged with duty success, is known as task oriented

leader. Parallel to the begin construction style illustrate before, a task oriented leader present understandable guidelines & sets presentation values. If any leader, using helpful concepts to illustrate the least preferred co-worker; that leader known as a relationship oriented and that is the leader who take cares about others & aware people feelings. On the other hand if any leader takes negative thought to illustrate the least preferred co-worker, that leader known as a task- oriented, and that leader see other people in negative thought & put more efforts on task actions & on people.

Situation:-

According to Fiedlers model, leadership situation have three types of main key that may be favourable or unfavourable to leaders. Leader-member relation: - it refers to members of team feeling and manner towards the leader. Task structure: - it refers to, the amount of which duty done by teams and clear, through which detailed action & have understandable, clear about objective & goal. Position power: - is show that which leader has power over the team members. Contingency theory:When Fiedlers look at relationship between the leadership style, its position positive things, & team task presentation. While looking the position is moreover very positive or very adverse, the Task oriented leaders are more effective. In position modest positive, Relationship- oriented leaders are additional effectual. In positive position the task-oriented leader do extremely well, because every team member get what to do, the task is under stable & team leader has control; all this think required is for somebody obtain charge and give right track. Same way, if position is extremely adverse to the team leader, so required proper structure how to do the task & the right track. The wellbuilt leader make proper structure how to do task & set up right track on team member. While doing this the reason is that, relation between leader & team member extremely adverse anyhow, well-built task directions create no difference to leader reputation.

In position of in-between positive, the oriented leader relationship presentation is superior, because to achieve high performance from team is important human relations skills. In this type circumstances, leader somewhat good like, few control, & manage task skills. track according to their objective and goals, so they can improve relationship, they get right direction on their structure and set up spot of control. There are two things to known leader while using contingency theory of Fielders. First things is, leader known which style they have relationship or task-oriented style. And a second thing is leader known, to identify the position and decide which are positive or adverse, from leader-member relations, task structure and position authority.
