What we require today is a higher level of awareness among citizens on social issues What we require today is an amalgamation of ideas from different stakeholders in society What we require today is to provide options to citizens for ACTIVELY engaging in social development What we require today is to do a little more than planting trees, donating blood and organizing/participating in marathons and walks What we require today is to be aware of, trace, monitor and evaluate the effect we have on society At 4th Wheel, we believed in our ability to cater to these issues and the Plan and Participate Project was conceived. It involves - Research, Training, Engagement and Tracing Impact.
In a nutshell, we train 20 employees each in 30 companies, from 12 different sectors. We give them a menu card of options to engage in solving social issues in the form of pledges. We connect these 600 employees (20 employees* 30 companies) to 7 different social themes and organizations. We trace and document the impact for a year.
