heC3 and swap shop location: 2855 109th Ave N (off 28th St N) hours: Monday - Friday 6 am to 6 pm Saturday 7 am to 5 pm Closed Sunday and holidays heC3 (Household electronics and Chemical Collection Center) accepts hazardous chemicals and electronics from residents at no charge. You can pick up or donate chemicals such as paint or cleaners for free at the swap shop. For business waste, visit: www.pinellascounty.org/bizwaste

The flat rate is not available if any modifications have been made to the vehicle.

Trailers, single axle (as of 9/1/11) :

Trailers with a removable roll-off container will be measured by the container size. Any part of the load used to increase the trailer capacity will be included in the height measurement.

Class A: 12' long or less and 2' high or less . . . . . .$10/load

Class C: over 14' long and over 4' high . . . . . . $37.50/load As of 3/1/12, all trailers will be charged $37.50 per ton.

Class B: 14' long or less and 4' high or less . . $37.50/load

Pickup trucks & vans, 4 tires/2 axles . . $10/load Passenger vehicles . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$2/load Christmas trees, up to 5 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$3/load
