MODSPACE CORPORATION, BERWYN, PA Private provider of modular buildings, storage and services with over $1.6B in
assets, 70,000 mobile/modular buildings, and 75 branches within North America. Formed as result of Resuns purchase of GE Capital Modular Space in 2007.

DIRECTOR, BUSINESS PROCESSES FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, OPERATIONS

Established and implemented highly efficient, company-wide business processes to support expanded vision of Modspace leadership. Led the integration of operations, financial and information systems. Transitioned and rebuilt accounts payable process into Oracle. Created plan to retire twenty internally-built legacy applications to one enterprise-wide leasing, sales, inventory management, and accounting system. Saved $1M through centralizing accounts payable, and drove company-wide transition from processing invoices in seventy-five branches to one headquarters location Saved $200K in system and productivity costs as a result of consolidation of Great Plains with Oracle. Created curriculum, staffed centralized accounts payable team, and trained branches in new process Directed and facilitated, with third party consultants, eleven functional areas throughout the company in full utilization of software. Designed and developed sixty management reports and forty documents to be generated from the new system upon retirement of the twenty legacy applications.

Assessed and analyzed all revenue, operational efficiency and cost factors, developed comparatives between branches, and designed scorecard tool for expense control and profit optimization by branch and regional managers.
