POWER OF ATTORNEY

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME I Ravi Suresh Shahani Son of Suresh Kishnchand Shahani , presently residing at 27 Christopher Road Ekta Floral 10th Floor Block -2 Flat No. 10E Kolkatta700046, hereafter called the Grantor, Send Greetings: WHEREAS : A. The Grantor is desirous of purchasing a flat being No. 10E on 10th Floor of Block-2 Ekta Floral Christopher Road Kolkata -700046 at Kolkata Muncipal Corporation Premises No. 27 Kolkata700046 (the Flat) along with sri Suresh Kishnchand Shahani.

B. As the Grantor is working at Noida (U.P.) and it will not be possible for him to come down from Noida (U.P.) to Kolkata to do the needful on his part to complete the purchase of the Flat. It has become necessary and expedient for him to appoint an attorney for doing the acts required for such purchases on his behalf. C. The Grantor therefore desirous of appointing Suresh Kishnchand Shahani of Late Kishnchand Shahani , residing at 27 Christopher Road Kolkata-700046, hereafter called the Attorney, to purchase the Flat on his behalf and to do all acts deeds and things related therewith.

NOW KNOW YE BY THESE PRESENTS that the Grantor doth hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the above named Attorney Suresh Kishnchand Shahani as his true and lawful attorney for him, in his name and on his behalf to exercise, execute or perform all or any of the flowing specific acts, deeds, matters and things namely. 1. To sign and execute the Conveyances and all documents relating to the purchase of the Flat and to appear before the appropriate Registrar and to present for registration of the Conveyances executed by his Attorney and to admit execution thereof and to have the same registered and to sign and of rectification and/ or modification to such Conveyance and to sign valid receipts , papers , documents, affidavits, statements as may be required for registration of the Conveyances. 2. To appear before Notary Public, Magistrates etc. for affirmation of any affidavits, undertaking and statements on his behalf as may be required for registration of the Conveyances and to pay fees, charges therefore and receive all papers, notices, documents and to pay consideration and receive receipts thereof from the seller/s and to do al other ancillary works in connection with the aforesaid registration. 3. To receive the vacant and peaceful possession of the flat from the seller/s. 4. To employ solicitors, advocates, chartered accountants, income tax practitioners and/or agents. AND GENERALLY the Attorney shall have the power to do all such other acts, deeds and things relating to the purchase of the Flat , as the Grantor could have lawfully done if personally present; AND the Grantor doth hereby ratify and confirm and agree to ratify and confirm , all and whatsoever his Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the purchase of the Flat as aforesaid. IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the Grantor has executed these presents on this the 30th Day of April, 2012.
