A completed application for admission. The University of Tulsa also accepts the Common Application. A non-refundable $50 application fee. An official transcript with the results of your course work through the sixth or seventh semester of high school and a transcript of any completed college-level work. Results of the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) or American College Test (ACT) unless you are more than 25 years of age. The writing components of these tests are not required. A completed evaluation form from your high school guidance counselor. An essay and personal interview are strongly recommended. The interview will be considered in the scholarship evaluation process.
