I, _________________________________________, applying and willing to become a member of this organization- The Latin Mass Society of Davao. That I possess the qualifications and none of disqualifications as set forth in the Constitution and by Laws as stated below: Article IV Membership Qualifications
1. Each appointed or approved member must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Local and Universal Church that agrees to our Chapters Statement of Purpose and shall pay annual dues of P250.00 no later than the January meeting. 1. Baptized, practicing and in good standing in the Catholic Church both in the Universal and Local Level; 2. Memorized by mind and heart at least 3 basic prayers (sign of the cross, Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be, Apostles creed, etc) in Latin and willing to learn more prayers such as responses in the Mass;
