DESCRIPTION Interpret customers RFQ and project specifications, and prepare technical and commercial proposals for process control and safety instrumented systems for timely submission to customer Work closely with direct sales, marketing, project and solutions teams as well as sub-vendors to provide a complete and competitive technical solution Occasionally, perform site survey, gather information at site, and identify customers needs for certain projects Participate in customer meetings for such as solution presentation, technical clarification, etc. Support direct sales during negotiation and closing orders

Reporting to Safety systems-manager, you will / are Lead a team of Engineers to deliver compliant and high quality safety solutions to customers. Be responsible for functional design, hardware design, application development, internal test, customer inspection and commissioning of safety systems. Required to strictly follow Functional Safety Management procedure to ensure delivery of SIL compliant safety solutions. Track the progress of safety portion of the assigned project and ensure completeness with in budget and overall schedule. Required to carryout front-end design activities and advise customers about international practices and new methodologies. Overall responsible for all Techno-commercial aspects for the project execution Overall responsible for the project deliverables as per the project contract documents Main focal point for the Techno/Commercial matters with end users/customers Lead team in execution of I & C project technically Responsible for the cost / quality and risk management for the project Responsible for the change order management Project progress reporting [External/Internal] Responsible for engineering standardisation with Quality requirements including managing a team of engineers Manage all the resale vendors/3rd party system suppliers/contractors including commercial negotiations

 Minimum 10~12+ years experience in Project Management experience in Control & automation industry. Exposure on handling Mega project (More than 5MUS$) with international EPCs Hands-on professional with strong relevant technical competence, good leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills. PMI Certification will be an added advantage, Able to multi-task to meet the project delivery requirements. Able to travel to overseas on a short notice as per project requirements. Experience in managing FER ( Field Equipment room) subcontractor for Techno/commercial & compliance management will be an added advantage. Project Controls Manager (EO/PCM) Responsible for Project Controls activities for multiple/mega projects Support to Project Managers on establishing Risk Management Matrices , Cost Control Management , Change order Management , Project Performance / progress monitoring including Subcontractor contracts management. Responsible for the Supervision / data integrity checks for Project controls activities & associated deliverables across all projects.
