Citrix products
The Citrix Delivery Center product family is the first end-to-end application delivery infrastructure solution on the market with the ability to deliver applications and desktops to any user, anytime, anywhere from a secure central location. The Citrix Delivery Center product family includes the following product lines: Citrix XenServer our server virtualization product line is an enterprise-class solution for virtualizing application workloads across any number of virtual and physical servers in the datacenter as a flexible aggregated pool of computing resources. Citrix NetScaler is a purpose-built web application delivery solution that accelerates application performance up to five times while improving security and reducing web infrastructure costs. Citrix XenApp our application virtualization product line, previously known as Citrix Presentation Server is the industrys de facto standard for delivering Windows-based applications enabling the , best performance, security and cost savings. Citrix XenDesktop our desktop virtualization product line is the industrys first comprehensive Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution ensures the simple, secure and cost effective delivery of Windows desktops to any office worker enabling a rich user experience. Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, provides secure, easy-to-use online solutions that enable people to work from anywhere with anyone. These solutions include GoToMyPC to access and work on a remote PC, GoToAssist to support customers and GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar to hold online meetings and Web events.

Citrix Partner Network


The Citrix Partner Network made up of over 8,000 members, , includes three categories of partners: Citrix Solution Advisors, Citrix Ready Partners, and Citrix Authorized Learning Centers . This network represents the knowledge, skills, and experience of the entire spectrum of our partners around the world, and makes it easier for customers to engage their services and benefit from their solutions. Equally important, the Citrix Partner Network is designed to help partners build their business by sharing in opportunities for planning and implementing application delivery infrastructure solutions that arise from mutual customers and complement the sale of their own products.

Microsoft: Microsoft is a Strategic Partner and Citrix is a Microsoft Global Gold Certified Partner. Citrix embraces Windows Servers and the .NET Framework as leading platforms for the Citrix Delivery Center. Citrix XenApp extends Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Terminal Server, allowing Windows applications to be accessed from any device over any connection. In 2003 and again in 2005, Citrix won Microsofts Global ISV of the Year award. The companies have in place a five-year technology collaboration agreement to ensure deep, ongoing technical, marketing and executive engagement. Oracle: Citrix is an Oracle Certified Partner member of the Oracle Partner Network and Oracle is a Citrix Strategic Partner. With 18 completed product validations under Oracle's Application Integration Initiative, both companies have demonstrated their commitment to support a shared installed base greater than 30,000 customers. Citrix virtualization solutions extend the reach of Oracle applications, enabling more users to work in more locations, on any device and to enjoy convenient, highperformance and secure access to Oracles industry-leading solutions. Strategic partners
HP: Citrix is a member of the HP Business Partners Program and a Platinum Enterprise Management Alliance partner. HP has been a Strategic Partner since 1996 and a Citrix Global Systems Integrator. HP and Citrix collaborate to deliver a broad portfolio of compatible and innovative IT infrastructure solutions for our customers toughest business challenges, end-to-end from the datacenter to the desktop. Citrix and HP solutions drive better business outcomes for our customers. SAP: Citrix is an SAP Global Technology Partner and is a Supported Platform by SAP. Additionally, Citrix is a member of SAPs Enterprise Services Community, both for Network Optimization and Virtualization. SAP is a Citrix strategic partner. As a Citrix customer, SAP provides access to more than 40 applications, including the mySAP ERP Business Suite, to over 28,900 internal users leveraging Citrix solutions. Citrix runs its global business on SAP. Today, over 40% of SAPs customer base uses Citrix solutions to increase the time-to-value of their SAP investment, while lowering the TCO of their SAP application environment. IBM: IBM is a Strategic Partner and a Citrix Global Systems Integrator. Citrix Presentation Server is certified with IBM xSeries. Citrix Password Manager integrates with IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and Tivoli Access Manager to provide customers with credential and access management to support growth and change in the on-demand adaptive enterprise. The WebSphere Portlet for Citrix XenApp allows WebSphere customers to access Citrix published applications via the portal. Citrix and IBM Global Services deliver enterprise solutions to our mutual customers worldwide. Citrix is one of fewer than 40 Managed Alliances for IBM. Worldwide corporate citizenship


With a focus on K-12 education, economic sustainability and the environment, Citrixs worldwide corporate citizenship initiatives deliver support, technology and stewardship to improve the lives of people in communities around the world. In 2007, Citrix donated over $2 million to non-profit and non-governmental organizations in the form of cash, products and employee time.

Citrix management
Mark B. Templeton President and CEO Mark Templeton joined Citrix as vice president for marketing in 1995, the year the company went public with $14 million in revenues and 80 employees. Appointed president in 1998 and chief executive officer in 1999, Templeton has led Citrix to become one of the worlds top technology companies. Early on, he spearheaded the companys marketing strategy and product leadership in the thin-client and server-based computing markets, which Citrix leads with over 80 percent market share. He also architected Citrixs unsurpassed global network of more than 8,000 distribution, system integration, and strategic partners. Over the past five years, Templeton has led the evolution of Citrix from a company with a single product, customer segment, and go-to-market path to a company with multiple products, multiple business models, multiple customer segments, and multiple go-to-market channels. In the process, revenues have grown from $527 million in 2002 to $1.4 billion in 2007.

John C. Burris Senior Vice President, Sales and Services John Burris leads the global Citrix sales and services organization, which comprises Citrix professionals including channel and distribution partners worldwide. Since joining Citrix in 1999, Burris has implemented an innovative sales strategy that rewards value-added selling; strengthened the Citrix channel organization; and expanded the company's presence in highgrowth markets across the globe.

David R. Friedman General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Human Resources David Friedman is responsible for Citrixs worldwide legal and human resources functions. As the companys chief legal officer, he oversees acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance initiatives, regulatory and other legal matters. As the principal human resources executive, he leads the companys strategic efforts to recruit, manage and develop best-in-class talent and competitive pay and benefits practices. He also serves as secretary to the Citrix board of directors.

David J. Henshall Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer David Henshall oversees all aspects of Citrixs worldwide financial management, control, reporting, planning and investor relations functions. Previously, Henshall served as vice president, CFO, treasurer and secretary for Rational Software Corporation, playing a major role in managing the $2.1 billion acquisition of Rational by IBM Corporation.

Wes Wasson Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Wes Wasson leads all aspects of Citrix's global product, technical and corporate marketing strategy. Wasson joined Citrix in August 2005 through its acquisition of NetScaler, Inc, where he served as vice president of worldwide marketing. The former Sun Microsystems and Network Associates executive brings an extensive track record of success with nearly 20 years of experience in the application, networking and security infrastructure markets.

Brett Caine Senior Vice President and General Manager, Online Services Division Brett Caine is responsible for the Online Divisions worldwide market strategy and programs, product development and revenue goal attainment. Caine was senior vice president of worldwide sales for Expertcity, acquired in 2003. He has over 22 years of experience in software sales and marketing.

Peter Levine Senior Vice President and General Manager, Virtualization and Management Division Peter Levine leads the Virtualization and Management Division, encompassing Citrixs XenServer, Provisioning Server and EdgeSight product lines. He is responsible for the divisions revenue attainment, product management, business development and strategic direction. Levine joined Citrix in 2007 through its acquisition of XenSource. Previously, he was a managing director at the Mayfield fund, and an early employee of VERITAS Software. He holds a bachelors degree in engineering from Boston University and attended MITs Sloan School of Management.

Gordon Payne Senior Vice President and General Manager, Delivery Systems Division Gordon Payne is responsible for the groups revenue attainment, product management, business development and strategic direction. Prior to this position, Gordon served as VP of Marketing for Citrixs Advanced Solutions Group and as the Product Line Executive of Emerging Products for the companys Virtualization Systems Group. In both roles, Gordon was responsible for leading cross-functional teams to bring new and unique solutions to market. A network business veteran on an international scale, Payne provides product leadership with a focus on identifying new market opportunities and creating winning business and product solutions for Citrix customers and partners. Gordon joined Citrix through the acquisition of Net6, Inc.
